Ordered two of these and would probably buy some more. Very clean inside, like new. The two I received came with two different keyboards, one is broken but they are complete junk anyways so I don't even want to bother with a replacement. Overall nice refurbished computers with Windows 10 Pro and no pre-installed junk to remove.

don't waste your time. BUY NEW. computer cycled on and off. no start up screen or anything. visible scratches on case. cheapest mouse and keyboard ive ever seen. Computer was refurbished by a sub par company called "Joy Systems" who profited from this product. seems to me like it was cleaned off and packed in a box and resold without actually being refurbished

We received the computer and it works for month after that it broke. It almost a month now they try to fix or replace everytime i call they have no update. Never ever buy from Joy computer

These work great in our call center , have hooked up to multiple monitors and runs lots of programs at once with out slowing down.

Decent Computer - Could Use A DVD Drive

Nice computer that works well. The SSD is good and fast. I was most impressed that this computer came with a clean copy of Windows 10 Pro. There were not any "Free Offers" that complicate initial use or produce annoying pop ups. The computer was packed well with a cheap keyboard and mouse. Overall worth the money.
