No issues mechanically. Only minor cosmetic damage on front. It was a small scratch across the plastic face plate. Works great. I did some upgrades and installed 32GB RAM, 1TB of SSD memory to second SATA drive and 1TB NvME memory to the PCI express board in addition to the 8GB RAM and 500 GB HDD that came with it. Boot up time is lighting fast! NvME was purchased refurbished as well (Samsung 970 EVO Plus) I have it running 3 screens. Don’t know how much processing power you need but just for fun I ran Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ , one streaming to each screen, and never experienced any lag or buffering whatsoever.

DOA out of box. The pc is pretty beat up but fair enough for being refurbished. However, it’s missing pieces and super dirty! Won’t start out of the box and is beeping error codes that aren’t even listed on the HP website. Going to return ASAP and avoid at all costs! I assumed refurbished by Best Buy would have some sort of reliability, however this is by far the worst product I have ever received. On paper this is a good deal but not worth the risk of receiving a dead PC. 0/10 AVOID BUYING

No operating system. Returned the same day. How do you possibly send a computer without an operating system.

Did good for a quick a 6series duel set up. After switching the case out an error screen associated with the USBs is unable to be resolved on the start up (enter keystroke to bypass). But runs wind 10 flawless.

This is a monster desktop. Heavy. It's whatever, might as well get an all in one instead of just a desktop and definitely not HP brand. They are awful.

for the money pc is a great buy and for normal use

There isn't an operation system on this! This is the third attempt.

I picked up one of these to turn into a server for my home lab. It did not have Windows 10 installed as the listing says, but that was fine with me since I was installing Ubuntu Server on it right away. It was in great shape aside from a minor dent on the side, and it even came with a DVD ROM drive.

Hard drive was empty. No operating system. Only plus was the ease of returning it.

Decent computer. Doesn't work functionally unless disable one drive. Not sufficient to upgrade to windows 11.

I've been using this now nearly two years and have had no problem. I love the 4 ports up front. Refurbished was not a problem.

It’s decent when you working from home doing something basic

Great product, fast working easy to use desktop for my Dad. Great for internet use.

The price for this refurbished HP was very good. The geek squad was able to is transfer info from my old HP to the new one. A squad member/tech that came to our condo to make sure it was connected to printer etc. was excellent. He also spent some time us on the use of Windows 10.

Overall I'm satisfied, it appears to have had a graphics adapter installed but was removed when refurbished, I ordered the HP part...card is too tall doesn't fit. Not your fault, HP listed a card for full height pc. This unit I reviewed is a low profile system.

the computer works fine except I cannot activate Windows because ti says the key for doing it is being used on some other computer. I spent over an hour with personnel on the phone and none of them could do anything or had the answers and kept passing the buck. Everyone was at a call center not Bestbuy employees and no had any authority to do anything. Just plainly disappointed with Bestbuy and been buy from them since they started at their second store in Milwaukee WI.

Order this PC and it wouldn't turn on, took it back to the store and ordered another one. The second computer was different than the first one and this one didn't have Windows installed on it. Return to store again and bought new. Definitely wouldn't recommend

I returned it, because I thought it had HMDI, it have DDR4 memory.
