I’m very happy with this printer. Initially I created a password for HP Smart and when I tried to register the printer went feline. But then I closed Allen windows and cleared History cache and restarted my iPhone. I am now online with either of my two phones one Android one Apple iPhone but It’s difficult to operate both phones to print at the same time. The only drawback it seems is HPsmart uploads the print spool to a secure server that has connection issues, but I am able to easily print in Gmailor any app like Adobe Acrobat

This printer is awful! I have not been able to successfully print most things without a long process. Now, I have dried up ink cartridges that I can't seem to get an alignment page for. Not happy with this, and I have always had HP with no problems whatsoever!

Works as well as would be expected for a low cost printer. Not as easy to set up as some I have used buy ok. I do not care for the printer display panel. Would prefer an led display with letters and numerals, but is seldom used so is a minor inconvenience. This is a refurbished unit but looks and preforms as new.

Shady charges I bought printer and next day got email from them saying that protection for the printer was 19.99 for 4 years so I was ok with it then they charged me for a whole order for printer and protection a 2nd time no wonder I stick with buying from Amazon
