I love how compact it is, very light, slim. I don’t have android phone so I can’t use my phone to unlock it.

I absolutely love the laptop! Its compact size and 11” screen are perfect for me. I’m impressed with Windows 11 so far… though I wish the OS had a smaller footprint. Boot time is good - just under 20 sec. There is no optical drive so I purchased a USB CD/DVD +/-RW drive on Amazon. No issues with plug and play. I also use a USB SATA adapter for some external hard drives I have. Again, no issues. I use a Sysinternals utility to monitor CPU usage in real time… no funny stuff going on. I know Celeron is not the most powerful processor but, with just 4 GB RAM, everything works well. Computing is smooth and flows nicely. WLAN is good. I get about 90 Mbps down. Battery life is good. I can leave it in sleep mode for long periods of time and lose hardly any battery life. Basically, everything worked right out of the box. I was up and running and connected in just a few minutes. Though the specifications for this particular laptop indicated Windows 11 in S mode, it came in standard mode. I intended to turn off S mode anyway. I’ve had no issues installing software. My only disappointment: the laptop came with NO power adapter! This was an open box item classified as “excellent”, but according to Best Buy‘s own definition of “excellent“, it should have been included. So unfortunately I was unable to use the product when I got it. I purchased my own power adapter on Amazon and had it the next day.

This laptop was a last minute purchase that turned out the be a lifesaver. The curbside pickup was extremely helpful and the sales associate was super knowledgeable about the technical specs of the laptop. This HP is compact in size but perfect for someone who is constantly On-The-Go! I work in the ever-fluid field of behavioral health & crisis intervention/management, and this laptop is able to fit in my portfolio for easy transportation and holds a very long battery life/standby capacity.

Hi, feels a little flimsy and sometimes it freezes up, Other than that. It seems OK to use, Not the best, but OK enough for traveling since it's light,

I bought this at the begining of my Master's of Social Work degree and here we are three years later! We graduate in May! Great computer, small but mighty, no good for gaming but it's great for Microsoft products (word, PowerPoint), streaming, browsing etc! It's starts off a little slow while it's getting it's stuff together and getting everything up and running for the first time.

I bought this laptop about a year ago. It was a last minute purchase as my old Chromebook had up and died on me while I was at work. Luckily I was able to rush out to Best Buy and buy a new laptop. Literally just grabbed the cheapest thing I could find. Have to say, I don't really regret it. It's a good laptop. I use it for work, video editing, gaming and streaming. It does pretty well with all of these, except gaming. But honestly most laptops under $500 aren't built for gaming, and it stood well against Minecraft this summer.

For it’s size it’s a good laptop! But, it is small. I am able to do schoolwork and a multitude of things simultaneously without much problem. Only when I first got it did it kind of glitch a little and it’s because I didn’t finish setting it up when I first started it. The battery life is good as well.

This is exactly what I wanted in a small laptop that I can use for my scrapbooking when I travel, fits perfectly in my bag and easy to set up. Thanks Best Buy for making my trip to Muncie worth every mile. Happy Easter!

This lightweight laptop is ideal for students. It is much more than a toy. The app, MyHP, will help you solve hardware problems. It is practical and functional! Having taught all levels of education, I would recommend it to any parent or student.
