A: The FPS would depend on what game you're playing. Some games it would be more than capable than running games on high graphics, others (especially newer ones), maybe not. I believe the GPU is close in performance to a GTX 1660Ti (the mobile variant, NOT the desktop variant). As for RTX, the GPU does not support RTX. The only GPUs that support RTX are NVIDIA's RTX graphics cards. RTX graphics cards do exist in laptops, but their performance varies since RTX is a relatively new technology.
