A: I spoke to Best Buy Customer Service, the representative said there is no warranty available... So if any issues past the 14 days, on your own..

Q: Hey I would love to get this phone but as a refurbished model is it free from nicks and scratches etc? No scratches on the screen body or anything? Also Does it come with Alexa Voice input and the google voice input? IS IT LIKE NEW? or Obviously used?

Q: I bought a refurbished mate 9 phone.It looks great,but compared to all of my other phones on network,cell reception is worst on this despite excellent reception reviews,I have dropped several calls. Is this a defect? Can I exchange for a working mate 9?

A: I used to have same problem. But later on I found out it is case related. After I replaced the metal case, it works fine for me.
