Don't waste your time
Buggy, clunky, and difficult to set up. Once set up it would inconsistently connect to my computer, and I needed to delete and re-install the drive multiple times. Beyond this, the product is sold by a third party which means both Huion and Best Buy will not help or provide options for return or any troubleshooting. Scam. Save your time and money and get something else.
