Human Impact - Gone Dark - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

2020 . Human Impact is Chris Spencer (Unsane, UXO), Jim Coleman (Cop Shoot Cop), Chris Pravdica (Swans, Xiu Xiu), and Phil Puleo (Cop Shoot Cop, Swans). The band's first recordings are a dark mirror held up to the band s collective pre-history. It s sound is cinematic post-industrial filth rock, a dozen run down subway stops away from recognizable civilization, as futuristic as it is grounded in it's sordid heritage. The result is a potent, hard-boiled distillation of this sonic ethos.

I'll Be Waving As You Drive Away is the new album from Hayden Pedigo; a psychedelic, show stopping finale to Texas born and bred artist's fabled Motor Trilogy. Fusing intricate American primitive guitar play with elegant ensemble accompaniments, rich mellotron choirs, and wordless, cinematic storytelling, I'll Be Waving is a dazzling, emotionally vibrant portrait of a restless artist revealing his truest self. Objects in the rear view mirror may appear closer than they are. This vinyl edition includes a code.
