Fantastic Product and Even Better Customer Service
I bought the Huupe Mini for my 5-year-old son as a Christmas gift, and it's been an absolute hit with our entire family! We love playing together in family mode, and the feature where you can watch basketball while playing basketball is such a unique and fun experience. It's become our go-to family activity. We did have an initial issue with our first unit not tracking baskets accurately, but I have to say - the Huupe support team was absolutely amazing. They were responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond by personally delivering a replacement unit to our home and picking up the defective one. The new unit works perfectly! The product itself is innovative and well-designed, but what really sets Huupe apart is their exceptional customer service. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. My son plays with it every day, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend!

Great Product with fantastic customer Service
Fun product for kids. Interactive function to play against friends is the best feature. Great design and solid design and built product. Customer service immediately replaced the unit upon a factory issue with the connection of internal components. Worth a purchase.

Perfect for the game room!
This is a great game room addition! It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and perfect for practicing shots or having fun indoors. The HDMI out is a cool feature but it doesn’t like 8k HDMI cables for some reason. It works fine with basic ones.
