[Employee of bestbuy] does the job well. I've stuck this to the side of my desk to keep my HDMI and other cables out of site as well as making it easier to pick up my laptop and go. The ethernet connection has worked just as well as having it directly connected to my laptop if not better; not once has it disconnected. I'm only giving this a 4 star because the holder for the USB-C cable was an obvious waste of space; putting the DC in or PD in for that location instead would've made a lot more sense. the power button being directly next to the input cable also seems a bit odd considering how awkward it'd be to turn off or on if you ever did want to do that (though I doubt the need for a power button to begin with). overall, a good reliable buy and hyper is on my radar if I ever do need an upgrade from this.

works great , after buying the docking station you must download a driver for it to fully work. The displays might look blurry you can adjust from the side. Or download better display for the display to be fixed like I did. The driver MUST be from the hyper website. Just find this product and download the driver.

This has helped me so much with my work, but i find that not all ports work fully (i think some of them are meant to charge and others for data transfer but i wish they just did both)

Works great for my work at home set up. I can use it for my Windows laptop for work and my Intel-based MacBook Pro seamlessly. I did have to purchase a longer USB-C cord to connect to my laptops and a USB-C charger as well.

I purchased this for my laptop so I could just plug the 2 external monitors into it and only have to connect the usb-c thunderbolt cable. This is EXACTLY what I needed. I only wish that the usb-c cable was longer. However, I know you can always purchase a longer thunderbolt supported usb-c cable. Great purchase!

This dock does work with both Mac and PC for dual display. I use this for my personal (MacBook Pro 2019, OS: Sonoma 14.0) as well as my work (PC) laptop. My work laptop was plug and play, out of the box. My MacBook however, needed some work to get running. You need to download the driver for Mac. Go to the HyperDrive website for this EXACT product, where you'll find a hyperlink to install drivers for dual monitor use. You'll download an application that runs in the background. Once you get it installed, you're up and running! My MacBook runs smoothly with both monitors up now. 4 stars because it was kind of a hassle to figure out how to get it to work properly. I also think it's a bit expensive for what it is, but having power passthrough, dual HDMI, and an SD card slot is helpful for what I do for work.

USB-C PD Port doesn't support data transfer, can be used for charging only, so with this device you will have only 3 USB ports... Hyper support is useless, they don't know their product, manual and official description is not clear, other manufacturers clearly saying if PD port supports data transfer or on

Love this dock. Great ports/features. Built in storage for the USB-C cable makes it way more portable than most. Highly recommend if you need more ports than your machine has.

This device doesn’t serve me well as I have one of the latest model iPhones and this device doesn’t support its charger. I can only use it for one of my older phones.

The need for a drover is a deal breaker for me. Other than that it works as expected.
