If all you are looking for is a multiport dock that allows you to hook up multiple devices, then this would probably qualify as a 5-star review. That is not all that I was looking for though. It claims to have a USB-C 140W PD 3.1 port. Maybe I got unlucky and got a dud, I don't know, but the pass through power is almost non-existent. I had plugged my USB-C power into the PD port of the hub while at work the other day, thinking I was charging. By 11:00 my laptop warned me it was going into low power mode and it was at 2%. I have a USB multimeter so I tested it out. When I placed the multimeter between the power source and my USB-C cable and then ran it directly to my laptop you can see I was showing 4.9V and 1.4A. Next, I plugged the USB-C cable into the Hyper hub's PD port, then plugged the port into my laptop. This time, roughly the same 4.97V, but the current was cut to almost a third, 0.5A. Third test, I moved the multimeter to the laptop. So it went power adapter to USB-C cable to Hyper PD port to the multimeter. That's where the real breakdown shows, 4.9V but only 0.03A. So I'm getting roughly 2% of the current through the hub that I did when I removed the hub. So, if you plan on charging your device through the hub you'll need to find a different product.

I shopped around a lot for selecting the best dock for an M1 MacBook Air and decided to try this Hyper dock 10-port dock. It works wonderfully well. It’s a high performance dock with all the connectivity you need on a Mac. Power passthrough works well, HDMI drives a 4K60Hz external monitor, SD Card performance is very good and Ethernet adapter works well too, all with only one cable attached. It’s a must buy !

This hub is so small but powerful and versatile. It has all the input options I need, and more!

Like that this USB-C Hub is lightweight, easy to use with multiple ports overing a good mix of device compatibilty options and overall good performance.

Hub works great.. easy set-up,pretty much plug and play. charging feature (140w claimed) will not keep up with HP Probook for a day's work, have to plug in power supply. Not a big deal for me. Just saying....lots of ports, which is nice

I like it but my only concern is how hot it gets compared to another one that I have. Other than that, it works well.

I needed a USB port that included several ports including an ethernet port, when needed. Works fine, except I wish it had more USB-C ports.

I wish it was powered but it works well for a multiple monitor setup. Unfortunately, I would have to power unplug my laptop from this then plug in the laptop charger.

This works fairly well. Very convenient for reading both the micro SD-Cards as well as the standard size ones. I used the USB-C and A connections with success. Didn't try the Ethernet port yet.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great product once you get it up and running. Initial issues getting product setup. Had to download the software from the website and remove and download again after updating to the newest MacOS. Website and videos produced by the company weren’t much aid in helping and it was trial and error until it worked. It was a necessary purchase for me and it does what I need it to do.

I love how sleek the design is and ease of it is. The only problem was if i need to plug 2 display monitors to my laptop. It needs more power so it can turn on normally.

I'm using this as a dock for a Samsung laptop. Only need to connect 1 cable when using dual monitors and sound system. Works Great gets a little warm but most of them do otherwise would recommend.

Since my new laptop only came with 2 USB-C ports, this helps so much! My only issue is it feels too hot.

Used it with my MacBook and also a dock for my steam deck. It gets a little warm but it seems to work well, very plug and play. Stays plugged in nicely as well.

The multi port usb that I bought from BestBuy was amazing and it took care of all my needs to transfer images from my camera to my laptop. Thank you so much for a great product and excellent customer service!

Love this port, and it has so many uses. I love an all in one unit highly recommend and I love that I got it on the open box by.

Overall it works well. The only issue I've had is the loud buzzing it makes while using the USB C passthrough for charging my laptop. Personally, if I had known, I would have tried to find something else because I work in a quiet office.

This is both inexpensive and easy to set up. I needed this to link two monitors and a Laptop.

Needed to connect my 2 desktop monitors and devices to my new Laptop being used for a desktop computer. Only wish it was a thunderbolt connection. But it works great.
