It has a good grip on the knee when putting it on. Does release some pain but it doesn’t stay on long enough and you have to change it every time. Overall performance we had it for some time and had to return it.

This is amazing tech. No more lugging around ice packs and heating up gel sleeves in the microwave. Gets hot quickly and cools down just the same. Easy to slap on before or after a workout while playing a video game or watching TV. Pricey but totally unique in the marketplace, does exactly what it claims.
