A: Okay deep breathes, WOOSAH. Alright now, I just bought this today as well and all your problems were solved in 20 seconds of thinking. Instead of just going IT BROKEDED. The side panel top release stays the bottom is spring based so you need to hold that one open while opening the side pane, both releases won't stay open. The drivers are already installed, those discs are for recovery, The reason you aren't getting picture is because the computer is reading the side panel as the main monitor unplug that and boot it up with just your monitor plugged in then plug the other in after set up.
A: HI, the glass panel on this system comes with a thin plastic film on both sides to protect the system during shipping. To remove the protective film simply unscrew the 4 thumb screws, tilting the panel about 15 degrees and gently pulling it up. Thank you.

A: Yes...the 1080ti allows multiple monitors to be hooked up.
A: Mine came with a USB Wifi adapter and it's basically as good as my laptops built in chip for Wifi. Tip though, mine came inside the case in a zip-tied usb lead, take it out and put it in one of the usb either on the front or back. I was having really bad connection with the Usb Wifi with it attached inside the case.
