Beware, documentaion does not match, cannot open p

Got it today, cannot remove side to get packing material out. Quick start does not match this unit, there is no help on this model on their website. They say remove screws, there are no screws. To remove tge side. Waiting on tech support. Not happy,

very good computer the panel is easy to take off just pop it out and it runs games well like i got 90 fps on sotf and almost 400 on tf2
