this is my first pc and a upgrade from a gaming laptop, it's been 5 days and it's working great for what i know. the fans are kinda loud but it's better than a laptop sounding like it's gonna blast off and then catch on fire. set up was super easy nothing was missing or broken after being shipped even tho the box looked a lil rough. I never got emailed the free stuff even tho it says it's ready so that's annoying but overall it's been super good and can run games like valorant, fortnite, csgo, the sims, genshin impact, without issues and on higher settings. i was really nervous about buying this pc just because i don't know a ton about them and scared i got a terrible one but it's actually nice. I use it for school and gaming and it works great for both. the keyboard is solid if you are thinking about using it and overall no buyers remorse.

Waited a few months to write the review just incase. I’ll keep it short, it’s a great pc. I was concerned about the PSU bc most pre builds cheap out there, but was surprised with an EVGA PSU. The CPU fan is okay, nothing crazy, from my experience it doesn’t run hot BUT because I removed the front panel which doesn’t allow ANY air. I also remove the side glass panel when I game so the PC stays cool just fine. Overall, I don’t regret buying it, especially getting it for sale during a time when GPUs were an arm and a leg. Love it. would recommend it.

Great pc to have I used it for about two years now and had no issues with it. I would recommend anyone to buy it for work or gaming.

Overall good product. For me it was not easy to install.

I bought this to play the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV. My old PC's video card died right in the middle of Endwalker so I needed a replacement ASAP. With the price of GPUs being as they are at the time of this writing, and the overall state of my old PC being at least 7 years out of date, I figured it would be best to buy a whole new unit. I settled on this one since it had the fewest low ratings and none of them said it melted from overheating. Anyway, this thing worked right out the box and I have been able to play FFXIV with no issues so far. I've had it about 2 weeks now. The only thing is the new video card doesn't have VGA so my old monitor was incompatible and I had to buy a new monitor that was HDMI instead. Also, the 1TB HDD was not formatted so the PC can't see it right out of the box. You have to format it yourself. I had to google how to do this with device manager. I can't say anything about how it handles more modern games, but overall I'm satisfied and I love the look. I set the fans to display my favorite color and it's very pleasing.

Bought it for my son, it was an easy setup. He says that it plays all the steam games he likes very well. He is also able to run multiple VMs for software development and cyber-security type applications without the lag he had on his old computer. Looks like it will be easy to upgrade the memory or add a larger hard drive if needed down the road. Best thing is it is quiet, even when playing games.

The gaming desktop is very good for it's price, it allows me to run all of my favorite games with good graphics and steady performance. Over all very good gaming desktop.

Love it....have one drive for programs and the other one for files. Went from Laptop to this computer to use AutoDesk programs = fast loading/rendering. Oh and gaming visuals now not fuzzy. Can upgrade bits and pieces as needed = another advantage. Upgraded before taking it home to 32GB RAM. Thanks GEEK SQUAD!

I've been needing an upgrade, but recently I found out that one of the programs that I needed for a class couldn't run correctly. I then went over to look for a new one, and one of the employees suggested this PC. I love that how the fans are quiet and can change color, and this will help me for the long run. One thing I would point out that this PC only runs on monitors that has a G-Sync for all the graphics to run correctly.

Great pc so far just got into PCs and I would say this would be a good first one!

Sick first setup. Get something like this first and then build your own. I play cod and many other games with this thing maxed out and it plays perfectly fine.

This computer is amazing and fast, lighting is great and the response time is perfect ! I think it’s all there for the price

Open box... take out the foam... make the connections... start it up... update... and you are playing within 15 minutes. Easy setup and only after a couple of hours of play, it is easy to see that the value is incredible.

This is my first prebuilt pc and I am honestly amazed by the performance throughout the time I have had it. I have the Slate MR case.
