What a great deal and great computer. Can play all AAA games at 1440p and pull around 110-160 fps. Can do 4k cyberpunk at like 45. Great deal. Thank you!

My old Alinewarw desktop gave me so many problems. Delivery for this computer was quick and free thanks to my Total membership, setup was easy, and it is working perfectly! Both Windows and Linux work great on this machine for gaming!

First computer arrived in shipping damaged box by UPS, glass frame-screws loose in the box scratched up the chassis, GPU sagging from poor internal packaging, non modular power supply had a mystery wire that was cut and not insulated, one RAM stick remained lit when in sleep mode. Return/reordered experience: Second identical computer omitted bag with HDMI & Display port cable. System info indicated that SSD drive was 1TB and NOT a 2TB SSD as advertised by Best Buy website. The system crashed the third night I played games on it, I had to reinstall Windows 11 to get it to work again. Playing games on it without headphones was a terrible experience because the RGB fans are stuck on high, it sounds like I’m trying to game sitting next to an airport tarmac. If this happens to you also then be prepared to deal with the absolute worst AI voicemail jail experience coupled with nearly unintelligible people from some call center in a distant land.

Slow at first but once i updated the windows, updated my drivers, downloaded AMD drivers to update my graphics, the PC worked like magic! It plays games so smoothly, edit videos & photos smoothly! Overallt happy with my purchase!

This is in a four monitor setup. The game keyboard and mouse are not being used. The higher speed at 64Gb RAM is used for market trading. Response is rapid. My wife is very happy with her gift. With Windows 11, the features for her use allow for rapid response in her work.

As i'm writing this, i am having to take this PC to a repair shop to see why its not functioning like it should. My games will freeze and crash, my task manager isn't working like its supposed to, someone knkw stated that my fan RPM isn't even turned on automatically. So i'm having to go see what is wrong with the system. UPS also damaged my box and seemingly opened it and then retaped it shut so if you're buying this, be mindful of that.

A very good computer both price and quality-wise.

Good computer works fine. Can run high graphic games on full graphs such as Wuthering Waves. Has a lot of space too which is quite useful. Sometimes internet or browser things can get strange that's about it.

Had this computer for little over a year now and besides me plugging it in wrong and thinking it was a waste of money for a month this thing is a beast.

PC ran great and customer service meet all my needs. I accidently got the AMD graphics card on accident and I able to easily return it because the PC I wanted wasn't in stock at the moment.

This was a bad experience. Not because of the product (at least not completely). The specs of the RAM did not match the listing on the website (it was a slower 5200mhz vs 5600 that the item description listed). I asked Best Buy customer support to just adjust the cost based on the difference and inconvenience, although this could easily be reported as a “bait and switch”. Best Buy’s “call center” support is very inflexible and ineffective, wanting me to completely reset the machine, repack, drive back to the store. I am very far away from a branch and had been setting up the PC for two days. This had to reach their corporate level, all due to my research of their executives because their nirmal support would not assist in higher level contact. Their corporate level personnel quickly remedied the situation, however, so A+ for that. Overall, very poor showing by regular Best Buy support and needs to be seriously upgraded. Worst computer ever. We tried 2 of these & had problems with both. Even bought the extended warranty & had issues with that too.
