Since my first purchase was defective I gave best buy another chance at a completely different PC. Little did i know they expect me to use my newly owned desktop with (and i quote) "no power cord because its not part of the specs". The box itself says otherwise, but customer service knows best. My favorite part was when they sent me to technical support and i received neither support nor a real technician because who in there right mind says to a customer you need to purchase a power cord separately with a BRAND NEW DESKTOP!?

Beautiful and run smooth. I had trouble with a previous gaming PC from a different manufacturer, and I have had none of those issues here. She is a bit large, but I'm very pleased with it so far. It was good to go out of box, no connecting internal cables, which I appreciate. She has a bit of a hum, but it's low and not very noticeable, quieter than my last PC. I love the lights and design. These LEDs are vibrant and just lovely.
