Great pc everything works well … if you are looking for a great 1440p pc this is the one … i only wish it was a little quieter … but other than that it is a beast .. very good temps and performance

PC looks amazing- Got a Black screen talked to iBuypower for 2 hours nice service. Ended with contact best buy to exchange it. GeekSq member was taking a long time to chat with, ended up with sending a link to customer service, and a snowball effect of bad service. Spoke to 3 clueless people. Which took a very long time. Powered on the pc at 10 am and now its 2:45 pm. End result PC out of stock and the chat got interrupted. So I have to deal with best buy again.

Is looking good and is running a lot of my games really well, I can multitask with not many issues, the only problem but is not huge is is that is just a little loud but not really, is not where it sounds like is overheating, is just the fans

I have now had this computer for 2 months and have had no problems after set up correctly. Problems with computer when it was set up but it was himan error. Called Best Buy who was of no help and told me everything I had already read online. Knowing something wasnt right and didnt believe Beat Buy Support I called IBuy directly and he was great. Problem solved in just minutes and she has ran perfect no problems since. She handles hours of gaming a day and doesn't get tired.

the 9800x3d is the best gsaming CPU right now and its not even close, the 7800xtx has way more than enough vram(16gigs) to give you and idea. Monster Hunter Wilds for ultra settings needs 16 gigs. With League of Legends I get over 1000FPS and games like Baluder Gate 3 I have everything maxed out and it doesnt even get hot.

Best gaming pc for the price point. Top tier cpu and combined with the and graphics card this thing is a beast for gaming. High fps, zero lag, and good thermals. For a prebuilt, this thing is great. Power supply could use a buff for those high usage situations but other than that it’s a solid machine

I bought this gaming system for my son’s 10th birthday and i have no regrets! I know NOTHING about gaming systems, so after some research on what people look for in good gaming system, i was able to narrow my search down and make this purchase. After making some minor adjustments due to our user error lol, he has had smooth gaming with no lagging whatsoever. I would purchase again!

I purchased this for my son, an avid gamer. He’s been very happy with the speed, quality of graphics, etc. The 12 mo. no interest financing was helpful for me!

So far so good, this performs as well as expected with the CPU it has. I’ll likely update the GPU and PSU first. Solid price pre build. Will update if I experience the same issues others have.

Decent computer i havent had any issues with it, just wish it had a more powerful graphics card.

Can run games well at 1440p Ultra settings. Decent thermals at around 60-70° during gaming sessions.

my son loves this computer! Great for gaming and his school work.

On paper this think seems amazing, 9800x3d, 7800 xt, 32gb of ram, but not all is as it seems. I had immeadiate issues with crashing on the system. And it wasnt just a BSOD, everything would go black. Through hours of troubleshooting, I found that the issues were power related. The GPU wasnt getting enough power from the frankly garbage PSU that Ibuypower decided to build this thing with. Old games like Skyrim seemed to be stable, but anything graphically intensive like Cyberpunk would cause the crash after roughly 30 minutes. I dont understand why these companys feel the need to cheap out in the weirdest areas. I would have spent the extra $50 ot would have cost to get a slightly better PSU out of the box. Ive since returned the unit and ordered a skytech gaming rig. Dont buy this trash, there are better options out there. Disappointed.

Really great pc. Cheap and really good! If you are looking for a higher end computer I would choose this

I bought a $1800 computer it arrived two weeks later than it was supposed to arrive and turned it on to set it up and it didnt work. The memory cards are not working now i have to ship those out to get another pair of them in hopes i didn't get a bad motherboard.

Just got my first PC last week, and I am absolutely in love with it!! I got the Y40 Gaming Desktop and it handles everything I throw at it!!

This is supposed to be a computer for people who want a ready to game computer. Unfortunately, that just wasn’t the case. There was missing drivers for the graphics card installed and also a clicking noise as the computer ran, which neither Best Buy nor I Buy Power would assist with. I would recommend going to a micro center or just building your own computer because I buy power won’t help you if they send you a malfunctioning computer. The only option I buy power gave me to fix it was to ship to them at my cost the entire pc and wait 4-6 weeks for it to be fixed. Super sketchy service for a 2k computer.

I wish I had a better evaluation of this computer. By the specifications it's a great gaming PC. It had no video output on any video ports. When there was video it indicated a malfunction, tried to repair and died. It appeared to be improperly prepared for shipment. 1) The video board was not secured by the mounting screws. 2) The packing material inside that was supposed to secure the video board did not secure the GPU. It was loosely laying over the GPU. 3) There was a white plastic strap around the GPU that was completely useless. Needless to say I returned this unit but I would recommend this PC if it was correctly packaged & safely shipped.

It wouldn't even turn on!!! Garbage do not buy iBuyPower anything! The worst there is. On the glass they had an intel i9 sticker! What a joke! Obviously zero QC quality control! Do not buy this junk! Another junk product sold by best buy.
