This cokd plunge is the perfect size, easy to clean, fills up quickly, stays cold longer than expected, and doesn't take up much space. I recommend getting large silicone ice block molds or an ice machine.

The Ice Barrel 300 is and does what I expected. It holds plenty of water and has 3/4 inch ports for me to connect to a filter, pump, and chiller. I’m on the shorter side so I am able to submerge as deeply as I want while in a sitting down position. The insulation does a good job at maintaining the water’s temperature, and the price was good too.

So pleased with this tub. It's a big upgrade from the inflatable models. The lid really helps hold in the temperature.

If you know about ice plunges you know how healthy it is to use and especially if you have heart problems it will get you where you want to go a lot faster. Helped me understand everything.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Have owned several cold plunges, including inflatable ones. The Ice Barrel 300 is a class apart. The whole thing (barrel & lid) is fully insulated. It’s just the right size to put anywhere in your house. And when I add 20-30lbs of ice to it on a Friday, it maintains temperature like a champ till Wednesday or Thursday, under scorching heat. It is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for!

This is a 66-gallon plastic bucket. $1200 is beyond ridiculous. Ice Pod sells the same for $99.
