This ice maker is ok. It's a bit slow and it makes small ice cubes. It also takes up a lot of room in the smaller fridge I bought for our boat. However, it works, and gives us a second source of ice (aside from our dedicated ice maker). FWIW, the mounting screws were difficult to screw in straight.

Fairly easy to install. Instructions were okay considering they are somewhat generic. Works just fine. Cubes are small, but I like the smaller cubes.

When finally installed the icemaker works very well. The cubes are small squares and easy to handle. You hear the cubes drop when they are frozen.

The ice maker is a very cheap one, not to mention the extremely poor installation done by the Geek Squad. The ice maker is not firmly attached to the freezer and looks like it will fall off of the loose fitting screws that are meant to hold it. I plan to appeal to BB Customer Service for a corrected installation. Normally, I am impressed with the DS, but in this case, they failed misserably.

Bought a new fridge and ice maker,first ice maker did not work.So then a second ice maker was installed and it did not work.This time we had the fridge replaced and another ice maker,oh it works alright lol it produces about 2 trays a day of tiny ice cubes hell at this pace i might have a full container of ice cubes by July.Personally I'm thinking maybe the 4th lol hope other people have better luck then i did.

This ice maker is the ONLY one that works for the Frigidaire model that purchased from Best Buy. It took 3 months and several installation crews to finally get it right.
