A: Its not Too Difficult, you will need to empty the freezer and pull both the trays out to get in there. That been in the hardest part, the rest is simple. Once its all out remove teh screw covers, slide it in place, screw it in and then plug it in. one thing to note when you put the bottom tray back in make sure its seated correctly, mine ended up crooked and couldn't figure out why the drawer didn't close right.
