Lousy Best But Customer Service

Best Buy will be the first company to take your money, but when it comes to giving it back that's a whole different story. We're in our second month of me trying to my credit. The balance is carrying over. And Best Buy is continuing to charge me minimum interest THAT I DO NOT OWE.
