The 32nd album by The Council of Thirteen is a return to the classic rock stylings of the Council. 16 new songs written by keyboardist/composer John W. Edwards. Beginning with the dreamy duet, InchWhen She Closes Her EyesInch about a woman who lives secret lives deep inside her head. Standout track, InchAstra ValeInch is a monster YouTube hit with it's haunting Chvrches style and gothic edge. The title track, InchElectric KissInch is an uptempo rocker with three part female harmonies. A Lita Ford-style tune InchCloser To The Edge' follows. The album take a sharp turn into sassy Shania Twain meets ZZ Top style for InchDangerous SmileInch, InchEverywhere I TurnInch and InchWhat Him WalkInch. InchFloating On A DaydreamInch is a melodic modern ballad with energy. InchWhen It's Finally UsInch is a dramatic semi-gothic anthem. The bluesy torch song InchThe Long ExhaleInch completes the album. [Haendel] Inchit is little short of scandalous that a violinist of such mastery should have made so few recordings over the years.Inch (Gramophone) Inchwith Haendel's incredibly assured tone and technical mastery, she could perform the instrumental equivalent of the singer's telephone book and still entrance listeners.Inch (Classics Today) [Hassid] Incha peerless technique and an arresting and frequently original interpretative approach. His technical security and cleanness of attack are awesome, his tone at once vibrant, virile and indescribably pure and sweet.Inch (Brian Crimp)
