About This Item

After listening for a while (to orchestral music on the radio) Idil would detect the main melody and then play it on the piano with one finger. Afterwards, when she reached the age of four, she would play these with two hands and with the correct harmony. Bach preludes and fugues from the Well Tempered Clavier, for example, which even the talented musicians took considerable time to study and memorise, were mastered by Idil in only a few days after listening once or twice, after which she would play these without a single wrong note. (Leman Biret, 1988) Album Tracks 1. Radio Interview 2. Solfegietto 3. Soeur Monique 4. Tic-Toc-Choc 5. Sonata in G minor K12 6. Bagatelle Op. 33 No. 1 7. Prelude et Fugue C sharp major (The Well Tempered Clavier Book I No. 3) 8. Fantasie Chromatique et Fugue 9. Intermezzo, Op. 118 No. 6 10. Children's Corner Suite~Gradus ad Parnassum 11. Children's Corner Suite~Le petit Berger 12. Radio Presentation 13. Fantasiestücke Op. 12~Des Abends / Aufschwung / Warum / In der nacht / Traumeswirren

A Perfect Circle - Emotive - VINYL LP
5.0(1)

Emotive (stylized eMOTIVe) is the third album by American rock supergroup A Perfect Circle. It was released on November 1, 2004 via Virgin Records. It's coincided with the US presidential election. The album contains ten political cover songs, and two original songs. Of the two original songs, one of them is InchPassiveInch, a version of the song InchVacantInch, by the ex-group Tapeworm. The song was created by Keenan, Danny Lohner, Trent Reznor, and others for the defunct Tapeworm project. Tapeworm never released a studio version, but A Perfect Circle has played the song live since 2001. The other original song was InchCounting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War DrumsInch, which was originally perceived to be a remix of the song InchPetInch from Thirteenth Step. Maynard James Keenan spoke about this song on aMOTION and insists that it is not a remix, but rather a second part of InchPetInch. The lyrical content of InchCounting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War DrumsInch is similar to that in InchPetInch, but the delivery and staging of the vocals vary, reflecting the political tones of the album. An animated music video for this song was seen on the band's website. The album cover shows Los Angeles in an Armageddon-like state. Album Tracks 1. Annihilation 2 14 2. Imagine 4 48 3. Peace Love and Understanding 5 03 1. What's Going On 4 52 2. Passive 4 09 3. Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie 2 18 1. People Are People 3 42 2. Freedom Of Choice 2 59 3. Let's Have A War 3 28 1. Counting Bodies Like Sheep To The Rhythm Of The War Drums 5 35 2. When The Levee Breaks 5 54 3. Fiddle And The Drum 3 06

Fleetwood Mac - Say You Will - VINYL LP

Double vinyl LP pressing. After the huge comeback success of the live reunion album, The Dance, in 1997, Fleetwood Mac were back in a big way. The obvious question was all over the place Was there going to be another studio album by the band? Even though it was preceded by a short round of drama (it's Fleetwood Mac, after all), they answered with Say You Will on April 15, 2003, which marked the return of Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks but also saw the departure of Christine McVie. After 1987's Tango in the Night, Buckingham left the band to concentrate on his solo career. The group soldiered on and issued two more albums, Behind the Mask (in 1990) and Time (in 1995), by which time Nicks had also split. Album Tracks 1. What's the World Coming to 2. Murrow Turning Over in His Grave 3. Illume (9-11) 4. Thrown Down 1. Miranda 2. Red Rover 3. Say You Will 4. Peacekeeper 1. Come 2. Smile at You 3. Running Through the Garden 4. Silver Girl 5. Steal Your Heart Away 1. Bleed to Love Her 2. Everybody Finds Out 3. Destiny Rules 4. Say Goodbye 5. Goodbye Baby
