Perfectly fine anti-static mat. Sometimes the folds in the fabric make it hard to lay flat but otherwise it works just fine.

After purchasing an iFixit computer toolkit, I saw this item, and finally purchased it a few weeks ago. It's well made, and as I use iFixit items and review their website I trust them more and more. The mat is well-made and finished. It's a good value for something that will last a good while- and for experimenting with the many fixes available on iFixit's site. I support their mission, which is to enable the owner of an item to fix that item, rather than tossing and replacing- which costs our environment (and wallets) dearly.

Shocking experience worked as intended far as I can tell didn't kill anyone and computer works fine. Side note do not plug into the neutral side of the outlet "I am a professional, do not operate with out Adult Supervision ", if I had a friend I would recommend this item.

A must have for building a PC. ESD (electro static discharge) is a killer for micro components.

I love it. Super easy to use. I use it whenever I am tearing apart a GPU.

A must have for installing computer parts so you don’t fry them with static electricity

great item to have to prevent electrostatic shock of one's self and electronic component's you are working.

The mat is a nice tool keeping parts from rolling around on a hard surface and losing them.

I am no expert, have never used an anti-static mat before, but I followed directions and it seems to have worked exactly the way it is supposed to. So far my computer is working as it should be.
