About this product

FOR FANS OF CLUTCH, DOWN, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE. In 2022 I'll Be Damned is at it again. Armed with a constant flow of inspiration from a world gone mad, the Danish band is pissed off about politics, religion, the media and society in general. The new album, InchCultureInch, is more well-structured than the prior albums regarding both riffing and overall songwriting. And, with brilliant production value - courtesy of the producer Tue Madsen and his Antfarm Studios - the Nordic five-piece has finally reached the potential they promised in their previous two albums and explosive live appearances. With the addition of two new members, Anders Gyldenøhr (ex-Grope, ex-Hatesphere) on drums and Mark Damgaard on vocals, I'll Be Damned has matured in a musical way that has led to a more serious approach to the writing process. This is showcased with an album - coming after InchRoad To DisorderInch (2018) and InchI'll Be DamnedInch (2017) - containing less humour, darker and more aggressive riffs followed up by explosive vocals and lyrics that include themes such as anger, desperation and hopelessness rather than sarcasm and irony. However, the thematics of InchCultureInch still revolve around hatred towards religion and politics, but also newer forms of extreme cultural diversities.Backed with influences such as Clutch, Down and Rage Against The Machine, I'll Be Damned fuses a potent yet melodic and groovy punch in your face with lyrical sharpness and unifying paroles - with an attitude.

Planet P Project - Planet P Project - Turquoise - VINYL LP

Turquoise Viny. 1983 album from this AOR band led by singer/songwriter Tony Carey.

Jarv Is... - This Is Going To Hurt (original Soundtrack) - VINYL LP

JARV IS... have written & performed the original soundtrack for the critically acclaimed BBC TV series InchThis is Going to HurtInch based on Adam Kay's award-winning international multi-million selling memoir of the same name. Most of the performances are live takes featuring the entire band - often recorded whilst they watched the playback of key sequences from the series. Each episode features at least one song with lyrics by Cocker, who had access to the scripts (adapted by Adam Kay from his own book) from an early stage in the production process. JARV IS... is a band comprising Jarvis Cocker, Serafina Steer, Emma Smith, Andrew McKinney, Adam Betts & Jason Buckle. The soundtrack consists of a mixture of songs & instrumental pieces, with Cocker & Steer being the main composers. Cocker is quoted as saying InchIt's our love song to the NHSInch. Lead Director Lucy Forbes says InchAs one of England's finest lyricists and songwriters we could not have been more thrilled to have Jarvis Cocker and his band write original songs and score for This Is Going To Hurt. His incisive wit, keen sense of observation and ability to write beautiful heartfelt melodies was the perfect fit. His music immediately intertwined with the fabric and tone of the show and took it to a whole new level, getting right to the heart of the pathos, pain and joy of working at the NHS. It was a huge privilege to work with him on this project, and I can't imagine TIGTH without him.Inch The series is based on Adam Kay's award-winning international multi-million selling memoir of the same name, which has sold over 2.5 million copies to date and has been translated into 37 languages.1 1 This Is Going To Hurt1 2 Visiting Hours1 3 Adam's Nightmare1 4 Dark Wave1 5 Dare To Love 1 6 Shruti2 1 Job Description2 2 Difficult C Section2 3 F**k This2 4 Just Another One of Those Days2 5 All I Have is Yours2 6 Shruti (

The Damned - Damned Damned Damned - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Digitally remastered edition. Damned Damned Damned is the debut studio album by The Damned, the first UK punk band to a single ('New Rose', included here, in October 1976). The album was released on February 18, 1977 by the ground-breaking and irreverent Stiff tag. Produced by Nick Lowe, Damned Damned Damned is also the first full length album released by a UK punk group. Pretty much a stone classic and a much lauded punk masterpiece, this is a record driven by power chords, speed and a trashy attitude which belies the quality of the songs, which are uniformly excellent.
