Following the critically acclaimed debut, 'Where Shall We Begin', Foy transitions from introspection & grief to a vibrant, playful, and refreshingly honest perspective on long-term relationships on her sophomore 'Complete Fool'. Recorded with producer Dave Izumi (Ed Harcourt, James Bay, The Magic Numbers) at Echo Zoo Studios, 'Complete Fool' captures Chloe's signature sound layered vocals, rock-infused folk, and sweeping cinematic strings. The album embraces a creative freedom that shines through whimsical vocal touches and the warmth of flat-wound bass grooves. The result is a dynamic and emotionally rich collection of songs that balances euphoric highs with quiet vulnerability, brought to life by Chloe's striking voice and poetic lyricism.
