About This Item

Life and Times of Infinite Starr Raised in a single parent household, Infinite was taught the value of hard work as she watched her mother work three jobs to keep bills paid and provide for the family. The responsibilities weighed heavily as her mother turned to alcohol for comfort. Watching her mother lose herself slowly, Infinite started to hate the world and stopped caring about life. Finding her own way to lose herself, Infinite became involved in the street life and turned to drugs at a young age. Soon it seemed like everyone was giving up on Infinite as she started having physical altercations with her mother and other family members. As a result, Infinite was sent from household to household due to her violent temper and aggressive behavior. Losing herself became the norm for Infinite. As the only child, Infinite isolated herself from the world. Shut off in the room, she vented on paper. From suicidal thoughts to envisioned dreams, paper and pen became her only true friend and way of dealing with life. In 1996, Infinite started writing her life story in raps and performing in school talent shows. From free-styling on the yard and school buses, she developed ways to entertain her peers and classmates using what she loved the most - music. The success of this hardworking lady made life look easy, however along the way Infinite overcame mountains and valleys to excel beyond her peers. Filled with pain, she maintained a humbling spirit and rarely talked about her struggles physically and mentally through life. Infinite simply wrote about them to be heard only on wax. Like Infinite said before, InchThis isn't just music. This is my life, my struggle, and my strife. Music is my story.Inch The perseverance of Infinite helped establish a bountiful stepping-stone career and many positive achievements. Since releasing her first solo project in 2006, Infinite received rec
