A: Yes it has usb ports. I didn't look at other tablets, to know which ones don't have usb ports.

Q: does this item get hot while using it for long periods of times
A: It doesn't get very warm at all. Not at all like some laptops
Q: How much RAM does this have for running apps
A: I answered this yesterday with a guess based on performance. Today I was looking at settings and under "Memory" is reads, "0.90GB used of 0.93GB." This now suggests to me that it's 1GB of RAM, though it certainly seems quick enough for my needs.
