A: I have one and it automatically defrosts itself.
A: Do you have your setting set correctly? I ask because it was confusing for me when I got my refrigerator. The freezer "Min" is the coldest setting and the refrigerator #1 is the coldest setting. I thought the opposite on both.
A: The description says "frost free", meaning you do NOT have to defrost it. The person (Alexandra or something like that) is supposedly a Best Buy or brand maker of this fridge is either wrong or the description is wrong. Very confusing. Best Buy or the maker should get their act together when describing it and/or answering a simple question.
