I have the 24" Insignia in my garage so is used as a secondary TV. Works well for what it is. Power on is slow but manageable (20 seconds or more) depending on what app you want to watch. I mainly use the HDHome run app to watch cable channels from my HDHomerun Prime tuners. It behaves mostly like an Amazon Fire Stick device but does not have the ability to cast from a phone or tablet. Picture quality is good but won't ever be mistaken for an OLED TV. Sound is also good. No need for a separate sound bar at the distance I am watching which is 3-4 feet. I chose the 1080P (Full HD) model in case I wanted to hook up a computer to it in the future. Overall satisfied and am impressed on what can be purchased for $130 on sale.

The TV has a great screen with outstanding colors; the size is perfect for where it is placed in our home. It is amazingly thin and light weight. The staff at this Best Buy store were easy to work with.

Picture looks good. Love that it’s a smart tv and you don’t needs to plug any other devices into it

Clumsy enclosure, but few options to have integrated FireTV in this picture size. With a 3rd party stand, it's better for positioning. If you need a tiny Amazon Fire eco-system display, this Insignia (or whatever) delivers, If computer monitors this screen size are thinner, better designed, this bulky box could be too. That said, it sounds like a TV, better than a computer monitor sound.

Great TV for the price! Worked extremely well in out motorhome. Purchased it for the bedroom but I was also able to hook it up outside. I was able to use my mobile phones hotspot to connect to the TV and stream different movies and sports

When it works it's a decent TV, However I wouldn't buy it for the smart TV aspect of it, the UI on is awful. I timed how long it takes to go from turning on the TV to the Disney+ app and watching something, it took 16 min and 18 sec and 2 tries for the show to play because it's a common occurrence that you'll push play and it will start loading then crash to the home page on the first try. My internet speed at the time was 521 Mbps so I doubt it's slow due to internet lag. If you want something small with smart TV functionality buy a non smart tv and get a Google TV or Roku adapter to use with it

It works no problems. Just taking some getting used to on how to find everything. And going to apps the right way to not make extra purchases.

I purchased the Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series TV for my kitchen, and I have to say it's been a delightful addition to my home. The size is absolutely perfect for the kitchen setting, fitting seamlessly into the available space without overwhelming the room. The picture quality is surprisingly crisp and vibrant for a TV of this size, making cooking and mealtime more enjoyable as I can catch up on my favorite shows and news while preparing meals. The setup was a breeze, and the TV's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. While there was a hiccup with the remote control missing from the package, Best Buy promptly addressed the issue and refunded $15 for the inconvenience. Their customer service was responsive and efficient, which left me with a positive impression. In summary, the Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series TV is an excellent choice for smaller spaces like kitchens or bedrooms. Its picture quality and user-friendly interface make it a valuable addition to any home, and even with the remote hiccup, the overall experience has been highly satisfactory. Although the Fire TV interface is slow compared to the latest sticks out

My 85-year-old father needed a small tv for his office to watch all the sports my mom won't let him watch on the main tv. This tv worked great for that need - it's a smart tv, it's easy to hook up, and the picture and audio are just fine for what he needed. If you need a small tv for a small viewing area, I'd recommend this one. The price is right.
