I got this fridge open box for a great price for more than 50% of the regular price. Overall I am pleased with the fridge especially because other refrigerators with similar features would have cost a whole lot more. It is very quiet and the lighting inside is perfect. Controls are easy to use and I like it's sleek look. I only have a few concerns/issues: 1. The refrigerator doors are slightly off center however it is only noticeable when you are up close. However because the doors are off center the top of the freezer door scraps up against the bottom of the metal bracket holding the refrigerator door - not a big issue for me just annoying. 2. I also believe there may be a design flaw because the long bottom drawer in the fridge gets off track when the 2 drawers above are full or "too heavy". This happens every time I have to open the long bottom drawer. Again not a big issue just annoying. Overall I would buy this fridge again even with the 2 issues noted above.

We have had this unit for about a month now. Works vary quietly. The ice maker and water work great it is very big inside my wife loves it . It looks like if we dont have much food in it ,with what we are use to getting. Freezer is cool and easy to use. The only bad thing i have found is the finger -prints that get left behind after one touches it. So for it is a great unit we will see in the days or years to come.

This is a simple refrigerator and although I wanted more features the price difference was more than double for other refrigerators. This one differs in one way: the sizes are a beautiful laser cut pattern as best that I can tell. Even the $3500 KitchenAid had a very boring, typical textured pattern on the side. This refrigerator is just more beautiful on the outside. Lighting is decent and the LED has a nice effect where it turns on slowing until it reaches full. I like that and I saw that on the KitchenAid. For a reference, KitchenAid is far more beautiful on the inside and it features more lights. The storage on this is exceptional! It seems to be twice as large as our old refrigerator. I love that I don't have to bend over to pull any food out- even the freezer! Everything is eye level or can be seen from top down. From every company that we shopped, this one at BestBuy appears to be the best deal. Exceptional quality and design.

Everything is so easy to see/find, and the way to organize this fridge is endless. The interior light is initially soft and gets brighter. The controls on the top are easy to follow, such as turning the ice maker on/off or boosting the cooling of the fridge or freezer. I love the sleek look with no handles and the fact the ice maker and water dispenser are inside keeps the look smooth. Finger prints come off easily with just a simple wipe with a microfiber cloth. If you want a refrigerator that's pretty basic, this one will make it feel like it's more than basic, but keeping it simple. Believe it or not, our 19 cubic ' Amana side-by-side is 28 years old and still works. We couldn't believe the sale of this 26.6 cubic ' fridge and jumped on it. It's changed the entire vibe of our kitchen AND gaining an extra almost 7 cubic ' of fridge space was needed for many years. I'll never get another side-by-side fridge again--you can't see/find anything. It's all stacked in front of each other. This freezer also has a split bottom drawer, and a sliding top drawer, which is where the ice tray is. LOVE this fridge!

So far so good. The ice maker took almost two days to produce ice. The ice bin gets stuck sometimes when closing the freezer drawer. It takes some getting use to. The bar that is attach to the left door gets really hot at time. I wonder why. Overall it’s a great fridge. I bought the protection plan due to all of the negative reviews about the fridge breaking down after a year.

What can I say? Best Buy brand that has all the features of a more expensive brand for a much cheaper price. We have had this fridge for just under a month now and I love it. Ice maker is great and the water dispenser works well. Lots of space - not taken up by an ice maker in the door. It’s sleek and clean lines and I love not having the handles - they are built into the doors. So far it’s awesome.

This Insignia 26 cu fridge is an amazing value at its regular price but the 4 th of July sale made it even better. It seems bigger than the same size Samsung that stopped working after 6 years. Takes a while to get used to no handles but we enjoy the sleek look. Down side...the refridg doors butt up tight at top and can b tough to close & repair person says it due to uneven floor?. Really,?

As other reviews stated, fingerprints are an issue. And very easy to scratch. But overall, great fridge for the price. Plenty of space.

So far so good! Very quiet keeps everything cool. Modern and sleek look without exposed handles. Our only knock is it is not fingerprint resistant. Very impressed with Insignia, we have multiple TV's and small appliances made by Insignia.

Bought this to replace my working but old refrigerator. I was surprised by how big this refrigerator actually was. I put everything from my somewhat full side by side and it still looked empty. The only downside I could possibly think of is how deep this refrigerator is. It sticks out pretty far out into my kitchen from the wall.

The fridge seems to work well and stay cool. I don’t like how I have to open both doors in order to open the bottom drawer of the fridge section. It’s quiet other than the occasional ice dropping. The biggest complaint I have is that the water dispenser broke on day 17 of ownership. I specifically wanted this model since the dispenser was on the inside and I have little ones. The dispenser design is a tiny plastic tab with an anchor the size of a centimeter. It snapped off with ease. This is a horrible design and will break again if we get it repaired.

The 1st thing I noticed was that the door with the mechanism was dented at the bottom. I can’t seem to get the dent to show in a picture because of the stainless reflection. I called that day and received a 10% discount but unfortunately there’s more wrong with the door than a little dent. The door with the mechanism to close it is completely off and doesn’t grab properly. Leaning so it doesn’t even catch on the part it’s supposed to. I can pull the door open and the bar mechanism down the door stays in the closed door position. It’s a real issue now. But also this product is awful for fingerprints. You can’t even slightly touch this fridge without leaving a ridiculous amount of fingerprints. Overall I’m simply dissatisfied with the product.

Nice refrigerator but a plastic piece from one of the door broke. Doesn't seem to effect anything but I will make a stop at BestBuy to inquire about a replacement part other wise good purchase. I added a pic of what the other side should look like.

Was skeptical at first to buy a store brand, but I couldn’t be happier! It has plenty of room and I love the water inside the door option. From outside you notice it’s sleek modern look. The name is not noticeable which I loved. I would recommend Insignia. I would buy again.

This item functions as advertised. However, the two French Doors do not line up at the top. They are uneven with each other. 3 of the 4 people in my family are 6’2” or taller. So the uneven doors are noticeable.

I got this fridge delivered to my house on 8/26/20 and today is 9/5/20 that’s less than two weeks ago and out of nowhere it Completely stopped working. I tried to do different things to fix it But it did not work so we ended up contacting geek squad. I just find it completely ridiculous that it’s been less than two weeks and it already stopped working.
