I thought this had two areas one for red and one white. It does not. This was suppose to be a suprise for my husband, but turned out NOT. I went to the store to buy it and thought there was free shipping and it was to be taken to a neighbors Home. NO free shipping. They put it in my car, and I decided to give it to him immediately . Glad I did because it was damaged. We had to take it back. They had one left. Took that home ,opened it up and it also was damaged.. called my salesman and he said they had no more but would check the warehouse. They had them there and we could pick it up at the store in 3 days. Bring the other one back and we will credit it to you and when u pick up the 3 rd one we will charge u again. We can deliver it to ur home but you will have to pay for delivery. My husband and I are 80years old and could just about move after carrying , unpacking, trying to repack two of these and driving them back to the store. I complained to my salesman. He was nice enough, after talking to him For while, to deliver it free. We had it in two days. Love the blue light inside and it took a while, but was able to get to the temperature we wanted. It’s only been a few weeks but really like it. Great price also!

I went to Best Buy to purchase a wine cooler I reviewed online. They did not have the one I wanted in stock and since I needed to take one home that day, they referred me to this one. I am tight on space and needed it right away to do double duty both as a wine cooler and a printer stand. I was not familiar with the Insignia line, but have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. This cooler looks good, works good, and is very quiet. It also is the perfect size for my printer; and not only that, it was cheaper than the one I wanted. I am very satisfied.

It does a great job keeping cool. Great space and very sleek design. I like the blue back lights. Everything I expected!

We read reviews on many similar products before purchasing this item - we actually bought 3 of them as we have a fair sized wine collection. In the past three months, the fridges have all worked well and our wines have been kept in a constant temperature. We are happy with our purchase.

I was a little on the fence about ordering a new wine fridge when my old unit went out...perfect purchase and the blue light is fabulous!

I ordered the wine fridge and it showed up with the glass door being shattered. They sent me a replacement with a shattered glass door. Best Buy takes no pride in their products.

I have a wine fridge that I have had for almost 20 years , this time I wanted one for the master bedroom. I found this one. It is very quite and easy to operate. I was able to put in 24 bottles of wine plus 8 bottle of champagne. The controls are easy to use once you know how to change the temperature which I now have at 46 degrees. Over all this is a wonderful cooler. .

After doing hours of research. I found two important facts. Thermal electric units die after 12-24 months. And compressor units are the best options but are expensive. Then comes along the insignia wine cooler. Absolutely perfect! Price is great. Even better when on sale. Unit is a compressor so will last and keep temperature more regular. They have options for how many bottles you need / want or space permitting. We filled the entire fridge. Maintains temperature. Bought the extended protection plan which guarantees years of worry free protection. May never use it. But this is cheaper than buying a new unit. The LED light is nice. Make sure you read where you should slowly decrease temp of new unit as to not shock the unit. I did 1 degree every few hours (probably shouldn't push it past 2 degrees but 1 worked perfect for me. If your in that big of a hurry put a bottle in your regular refrigerator). When the sides of the unit warm up and finally cool you know to drop the temperature then. This was the perfect answer to ensure wine will no longer go bad from excessive heat or in our case ac unit died and old house with windows that are painted shut. No more wasted wine. Also nice after a long day of work to come home to cold wine or to have a selection of wine to offer guests when people visit. Cannot recommend this unit any higher and would buy again and again.

This wine cooler is a great value! I've had it for 2 years now with no complaints. It took a few days, maybe a week, to stabilize the temperature, but it seems to be holding steady at 57 degrees. I have it set at 54, so the display temperature is not that accurate , but it is keeping the temperature steady which is more important to me. Depending on the dimensions of your bottles, you may not get to 34 bottles. I have mostly cabs and the taller, slimmer bottles fit great. No issues with closing the door. The shorter fatter bottles make it hard to fill a full row across. I have to be a bit strategic with placement to get them all in, but I can usually fill all the spots except the very center of the top row where the light interferes. It does stay cooler at the bottom so I keep the bottles I plan to age longer down there. Otherwise no issues. Runs quiet, looks decent, good value product. Mine did have a small dent on the side towards the back similar to what others noticed, but I have it in a utility room and it's not noticeable.

I bought this to replace a cooler that died. The first one they sent looked fine but the temperature control did not work properly. Best Buy was great to deal with and promptly offered a new one. The return was a little problematic only because the people who delivered the second cooler would not take the first as we were told they would. Everyone couldn't have been nicer but it took several more calls (and a week) before the correct arrangements were made for the pickup. The cooler seems to be working great. While a two temperature unit would be ideal, for a relatively inexpensive model, this seems to work well and hold the advertised number of bottles. The bottles slide out easily and it is not noisey. I would recommend.

Wine fridge looks nice and easily fits bottles without too much effort, even bigger ones. My smaller fridge scratched the labels, this one doesn't at all. It seems to maintain the temperature and the bottom shelf is nice for champagne. It is very quiet and looks nice in dining room. Only complaint is it was delivered and left upside down, the box looked beat up, but seems to be packaged well so it survived. Box stated free wine tote, didn't come with that. Not a big deal but I decided to let Best Buy know who referred me to Insignia who made me take photos, send tons of proof and then said, oh you can take it to the store and exchange it for one with tote. Come on what kind of stupid customer service is that? I said are you saying I need to bring the wine cooler into the store to replace it for the cheap free gift? Yes...That is absolutely unreasonable, it is very heavy and large that is why I had it delivered in the first place. I already unpacked it and moved it into my house, I won't repack it up, waste my time driving to the store, if I somehow fit it into my car in the first place, for a $5 wine tote. It should be mailed to me at no cost or hassle to me. But since they aren't offering that reasonable option I'll forgo the wine tote but my review will reflect the fact that a free gift is advertised but not actually included. Again, not a big deal for the tote but concerns me about their customer service if something really goes wrong.

This cooler is very well built and very quiet. I previously had a cooler that was thermoelectric, because I read they were more quiet than a compressor cooler. This one is more quiet than my previous one. Interior lighting is nice. Also, I like that you don't have to open the door to make temperature adjustments. The bottom rack for bigger bottles is great and not many coolers have that. Highly recommend this cooler. Great price, too.

This is a very attractive and quiet fridge; even with the compressor. In fact, the compressor was the reason for the purchase. Compressor fridges typically last much longer and this one is a great size for under the kitchen island. When the light is off, it's a very unassuming dark smoked glass and when the light is turned on, it illuminates an attractive blue LED light. Great fridge so far.

I purchased cooler as a gift to myself. I went into the Amherst Store to look for a inexpensive wine cooler for myself. after viewing the cooler displays I had a question about one of the coolers which was promptly answered by a BB Associate. ( I should have gotten his name however I'm always short on time) The Associate informed me of the big and I mean Big open box sale that BB was conducting. He told me there was a cooler like the one I was looking at that I may be interested in to save me some money He accompanied me to the front of the store where all the appliances were staged. Everything was brand new and had full mfg warranties. I jumped on this clean design cooler at a substantial saving. The clean lines of the cooler doesn't call attention to itself. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the higher end coolers that BB carries, however it runs silent, maintains temp well and suits all my needs. space inside is a little tight and the interior cabinet depth is a bit shallow. This unit meets all my needs and I'm pleased with the sale price open box saved me over 60$. I'm not good at writing reviews but I consider this purchase this a win win

I purchased 2 refrigerators, they are working so quiet during operating. No scratch and damage on the surface after open it. The product is using friendly, design look so cool and price resonable in Thanksgiving time. Add 5 years warranty which is average $12 per year. Good deal. Both are working so far so good and quiet over 40 days.

Great unit for the price. Looks good and works as advertised. Got two Champagnes on bottom - I believe I can squeeze in 2 more. The six shelves have slots for 5 bottles but can't put in 5 Chardonnay bottles...need one skinnier bottle per shelf.

I'm liking this more than I expected. It accommodates all sizes of wine I use (Rieslings, cabernets, port) and is very quiet (I should add here that I'm 71...). The bottom shelf is kind of weird to accomodate canned beverages and I haven't decided if that's really useful, and you have to have lights on to see where to turn on the control lights. But for the money this is a great little unit

Breeze to set up. Packaged well. Maintains 55 degree temp without any issue and is extremely quiet! Highly recommend!
