A: Ours is starting too! It’s about 2/3 years old and the rinse spin cycle always seems to be “unbalanced”.
A: It definitely functions differently than washers you might have before but you can over ride the features you don’t want to use and make it more a manual washer I really appreciate the pre soak and extra rinse function. The function I over ride the most is the water level I like to pick my own water level .
