Got this for $20 (Deal of the Day). Very happy with it the performance so far, plus it actually looks way more expensive and great on the counter. Excellent value.

I’ve only cooked and re-heated with this a couple of times. Very basic but heats up super fast. The top gets very hot. Must be careful to not leave items on it or touch it.

I had bought a bigger conv. toaster earlier in the year and it wasn't meeting my needs. This little gem does just what I was looking for, It makes great toast and grille cheese. Top and bottom burner come on quickly and cook like they should. The dial settings are easy to use and seem to be very accurate. It browns beautifully. it has a small footprint. Perfect for a single person household.

Heats up fast and looks slick. Easy to clean. I like the buttons and hand bars. I use it everyday to toast bagel n toast and it does a fantastic job. Definitely would buy this sharing and would recommend to others. It's a good product for the price for sure

I'm the kind of guy who just dabbles in cooking. I'm also impatient. I purchased this little oven for around $20 and am blown away by the quality, ease of use, and how often I use it. I refuse to heat up the oven (and by result, the house) in the hot summer months. This oven allows me to make just about anything I'd like, that fits, in lieu of doing so. Garlic toast? Four slices fit comfortably. French Fries or Tater Tots? Might take a bit longer but well worth the wait versus my not-so-great air fryer. Microwave something to reheat? Forget it. Pizza goes directly into this bad boy too. As a side note, the $1 pre-cut aluminum foil sheets fit perfectly on the removable tray and will help it last a lot longer. Also prevents me from having to wash it every time I use the oven too.

I bought for my niece who simply warms food items in this oven. She’s not at the cooking stages so this review may not be helpful. After speaking to her she says it heats up extremely fast and doesn’t burn her food at any given temperature. She had a Black & Decker which wore out... The best feature is the sleekness of the black and stainless together. The cooking tray also cleans very easy and doesn’t leave that cooking debris at bottom which is hard to clean. The timer is also a great feature since it doesn’t have that cheap ring that goes off when food is done. Overall she gave it a thumbs up... not 5 stars because it doesn’t have the air fryer included... but for 40.00 I think it’s a good find... when she proves she can cook or at least willing to try we’ll see about upgrading and giving a better review on an air fryer . Happy with purchase !

This unit replaces a 15 year old oster. It is smaller then my last unit but I don't need to cook a pizza in it. (Does not fit a pizza) It toasts very evenly and accurately using the dial darkness settings. Be sure to follow the directions and burn off the oils left in the machine after manufacturing. It stinks to high heaven so open a window. Once the smell is gone it works great. I am surprised for the price I paid how nice this unit looks and operates.

Best Buy's Deal of the Day combined with their great return policy has opened me up to taking some chances on purchasing products that I otherwise might not consider. This Insignia Toaster Oven might be the best "chance" I've ever taken in this regard. I had never used a toaster oven and didn't know much about them. For the price, I figured it wouldn't hurt to pick it up and try it out. Worst case scenario I could just return it. This thing has literally changed my life! I have a small gas oven in my apartment, and I hate the hassle of cooking with it because of how hot it makes my apartment. Plus I often only have very small portions of things to cook at one time anyway. I'm not going to turn on the oven to cook a small portion of something and would instead cook a larger portion (that gets refrigerated and reheated in the microwave-boo!!!!!) or just not cook at all. Well now, I cook/bake the majority of stuff in my Insignia toaster oven because it gives me the advantage of cooking smaller portions quicker, using up less energy, AND by not heating up my apartment. It cooks just as well as my oven, and it bakes things better than my oven because of the fact that it's cooking from the top and bottom. The heating tube on the top puts some really nice crusts on the various things I bake. I purchased some small cast iron pans and other toaster oven sized cookie sheets and pans, and now I can literally cook almost anything I need in this toaster oven. The adjustable timer and adjustable temperature settings are great. My ONLY gripe with this unit is that there's room for two cooking racks, but it only comes with one. I contacted Insignia, and they said there's no way to order another one. I also couldn't find a rack online that was the exact dimensions of the Insignia Toaster Oven rack. I came up with a solution on my own though by purchasing two small racks and connecting them together into one to make a second rack for the toaster oven. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. Hope this review helps. Thanks. Matthew 7:12

Bought this on sale to replace my parents' old and broken Black and Decker toaster. They needed something similar to their 10 year old toaster so I had to get one that is small and has knobs and a timer. This model fit the bill and it looked great with the rest of their stainless steal appliances. The only thing confusing about is the 2 Timer knobs so I preset the temperature and taped off the second timer knob so my parents only have to operate with 1 knob. Overall, this is a keeper.

Bought this toaster oven to replace my larger Black & Decker toaster oven that broke down about 2 months prior. Really inconvenient not having a toaster oven so finally got this on sale for $20. It's a small thing but sure heats up well. Have not really cooked anything in it yet but toasting up pastries and breads are great. I like the max 15 minutes timer so less chance of burning things. Never owned an Insignia product before but hope it lasts for quite a few years.

My last toaster stopped toasting on the top side, so picked this up instead. So far it's decent. Not the most even toast marks but it's pretty good. Heats up quick. Minus one star for not having a crumb tray on the bottom. Solve by putting a layer of foil cut to size.

I have a small area on my counter top and needed something to fit there. It's compact, heats quickly, and is a good buy. has toast and oven features with a timer.

I was looking for a toaster oven to basically toast things and occasionally do a little broiling (e.g. melt cheese on a sandwich). This one works fine for those things. I have never used it for oven types of cooking. The only things I don't like are its lack of a removable crumb tray and it doesn't automatically turn off when you open the door. Toasting is great - browns evenly on both sides and it's a good size. Excellent choice if you want a smaller oven and you don't need all the bells and whistles on more expensive units.

Purchased this for the office and have been quite pleased. I recommend burning off the initial oils outside, as it creates quite a bit of smoke. Everyone have been pretty pleased with it. Performs all the functions expected from a toaster oven for a very affordable price. The LED light is almost hard to tell it's illuminated and the tray seems a little flimsy often pulling the shelf out when removing it, but that's about the end of my criticisms.

This toaster not only looks good but works great. It is so easy to use and looks great sitting on my counter.

Very nice toaster oven. I use it more for the oven function for baking purposes than toasting itself. Easy to use functions and even delivered heating throughout. Saves energy by not having to use your full size oven for smaller sized baking products or meals. This is my second purchase, which I'm giving as a gift. Have used mine with no problem for nearly 2 years.

Have had this for six months now and it’s been great. A simple to use and versatile toaster oven. Great to heat up leftovers or make toast. Easy to use controls with the hassle of digital and programmable settings. Just set the dials and heat or toast. Heats up quickly. Easy to clean. Even looks nice!! Got it for $19 on the Deal of The Day. Could be happier.

Great size and not bad looking at all. Hard to believe how good for the price.
