A: If you have the correct TV, as identified by the box (check serial number), then you should also check that your cable box is set for 1080p transmission. Using the HDMI connections and the voice-activated feature, the TV should tell you that you've "powered ON" and (in a message box in the upper right hand corner} are using the "HDMI 1, 2 or 3 connection with a 1080p resolution."
