This TV was purchased in December/around Christmas time and was a great investment. The picture quality if fantastic and the colors/brightness really are excellent for HD viewing. There are no complaints whatsoever with this TV and it was a great combination of picture quality, sound, and sleek design.

bought this tv for my disabled grandfather,easy to set up,interface was easy to use,love the small edges,makes the picture and tv look like a high end model,the refresh rate is not the best but works good and is definitely worth the money

The tv is great! I was hesitant to buy it because of it being a best buy brand rather than a well known brand like Samsung or LG but the tv has been great so far! Big screen size for a very low price compared to other brands. Great picture. The tv is lightweight and easy to set up. The right amount of available hookups. Overall i am extremely happy with this tv!

I really like this TV that my wife and I got for our bedroom. We needed something big enough to be seen from the bed but not too big to overpower the room. We also did not want to spend a lot of extra money. We got a really great picture and good value for the money. We bought a set of bluetooth headphones so one of us can watch while the other sleeps. Love this. Only drawback is that it does not have bluetooth built in so we need to use a bluetooth adapter

I had a Vizio which I loved. I was hesitant to get anything else. When I saw this television on sale I was floored at the price for a 46 inch screen. I took a chance and love this set. The color is as good as my Vizio, sound is great and it was easy to set up.

We upgraded our Master Bedroom TV from an old Insignia 32" and love the size of this one. It's a great size for a "typical" room, but I don't know that I would use anything this size for a Living Room (have a 56" there now and this would definitely feel "too" small after having something that size). I was really impressed with the speakers; we have a newborn and try to keep the volume low and having it as low as "1" or "2" for the volume level provided really good audio clarity. The built-in speakers do quite well. As far as any negative, the picture quality just leaves something to be desired in my opinion. The Samsung DLP we have in the living room just seems so much more crisp (and it is 7 years old). While we haven't had any issue with blurring (yay for great refresh rate) the expected High Definition just doesn't seem great. Seeing people and actual objects in HD seems a bit "water color" like (blended/smeared in some of the coloring). Animations and CGI do look great though... Think about putting on Sports Center and seeing the intro graphics and being impressed, only then to see some of the people look a little less than impressive (and I don't mean that in association to their actual physical appearance).The wife doesn't seem to mind (and yes, we did have to manually change our satellite box to play with the right resolution) and, other than the somewhat lacking picture, the TV has been great. We're happy with the size and sound quality, but just can't believe that seven years of HD improvements don't seem to have made much difference in this TV. For the price, a good deal and if you aren't a "videophile", you probably won't even notice the picture (the wife doesn't).

The overall quality of this LCD HDTV is outstanding, and the price is reasonable. The power up is quick, the picture is vivid, and the sound is great. Plenty of inputs including 3 HDMI inputs. Only downside is the low refresh rate, not ideal for gaming and streaming.

Overall, a good unit & works well... auto aspect ratio feature adequate 99% of the time, although every once in a while I have to manually select an appropriate aspect ratio depending on the signal from the broadcast station... A little disappointing that there is no on-screen program guide for those of us using an antenna for digital broadcast reception - the old digital converter that I used w/ my old analog TV provided an on-screen guide, but not so w/ this unit... Picture quality is very good, plus I connect the audio output of the TV to a spare audio input on my Yamaha 5.1 receiver for more than adequate audio quality... I also connect a laptop (w/ wireless internet) to the VGA & audio inputs of this unit & watch a great deal of YouTube & similar content... The component inputs are "shared" w/ composite/audio inputs (i.e., one set of input connectors), so one has to choose to use either the component output of a DVD player, or the composite/audio output of a VCR (yes, some of us still watch old VHS content)... a tad frustrating, but again, still a good value for the money... So far, I'm pleased w/ this purchase - very good value for the money...

I needed a good size TV that was no bigger than 44.5 inches horizontally, because of the space I wanted to put the TV in. the size of TVs is diagonally listed. This TV Fits perfectly in space. Easily adjust between different aspects of viewing. the HD is great.

This is a sweat spot for me in television in the bedroom, it's been 5 years since I've had this, and the viewing angles are good. Now I'm looking for smart TVs, until I find a really good one this one will be in my room in between time. I hope insignia choose a new OS for their smart TVs because I don't like the Roku remote that comes with it.

You can't beat this TV for the price, its a LED with great picture quality and cost effective, sound is good. I use a Insignia as my monitor and has been working without a glitch for about 10 years. Very good product would recommend to anyone !!

I got this TV on sale for $349. At that price, this TV was a great deal. The only problem I had was a manufacturer defect that manifested after about a week of usage: a big white cloud-looking spot that covered maybe 30% of the screen. Defect's can happen with any manufacturer though, and I was able to just exchange the TV at any Best Buy so not too bad. Defect aside, the TV works great, picture is good, sound is good. I mostly play games on it and have had no issues. 3 HDMI ports and a USB port was a win for me. I use it in my living room which is not too large but well lit. This is my 3rd Insignia TV and I haven't been disappointed yet.

TV works great, has a really good picture. I didn't need "smart" technology since I use Apple TV on all my installations. Price was terrific. Has an odor even when not in use which I am told will gradually go away as it gets used more.

Bought this TV for my parents to get them into the HD era. Great picture for the price and size of TV. This TV will work great for bedrooms or putting it into a travel trailer

Works as described, I have it mounted on the wall in the master bedroom. Picture quality and sound are acceptable for an inexpensive flat screen.

This product can't be beat for the price. Picture and sound quality are both comparable to other TV's i have looked at costing twice as much. Just read the reviews, adjust your settings and this unit is awesome.

the price is a bargain!!! I like picture quality of this TV a lot. Also I like 3 HDMI inputs, 1 VGA input and optical audio output so I can feed it to my audio system. I didn't care about internet features since most of DVD players have them so no need for duplicating. The only thing missing would be 3D but money saving will buy you lots of tickets to the theater ;)

Bought this tv on Black Friday for 300 and its a great buy I can't lie it's worth the money. You just have to adjust the sharpness which is really easy. Set up is easy and I like that it has a favorites button for local channels. I've watched and played many games on it so far. Good size for friends and family for football soccer or whatever sports you watch!

Love my new Insignia 46 inch tv. The picture, as big as it is, is very clear. I can actually read the ticker at the bottom of the screen! And, the price of the tv, vs. value is very reasonable.
