I use the DP cable on my nice gaming monitor in order to achieve 144hz. Very easy to use and perfection when it comes to quality! Would buy again.

For an Insignia product, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the cable itself. Currently using it to feed video to my LG Ultra Gear 32 inch monitor and normally have to worry about smudging with lower end cables as they don't truly support the newest Display port versions.

The power in this cord is incredible enough to give your monitor a display through its port. 10/10 would recommend to a uncle.

I recently purchased the Insignia™ 6' 4K Ultra HD DisplayPort Cable and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The cable is well-made and has a sleek, black design that looks great with my setup. The 4K picture quality is excellent and the cable provides a stable and reliable connection. The 6' length is also convenient, allowing me to easily connect my devices without having to deal with excess cable clutter. Overall, I highly recommend the Insignia™ 6' 4K Ultra HD DisplayPort Cable to anyone in need of a high-quality, reliable display cable.

Purchased a new 4k monitor from an online computer components company and everything I read said the monitor would do 4k over HDMI. Even my video card said it supported 4k 144hz over HDMI. Turned out they both could just not together. So rather than spend $3 and include a display port cable the manufacturer supplied an HDMI. Hopped on BEST buys website and searched for a Display port cable that specifically said it could do 4k. Purchased this for the cost of a couple of pizzas and could not be happier. Plugged it in and windows 10 instantly adjusted to the correct refresh rate. Would definitely buy this again.

They're cables, son there isn't a whole lot to say, but they are well made, the ends seem sturdy, and I'm sure they'll do just fine for many years to come, or until some other sort of display cable is introduced. DisplayPort is now the go-to for most applications, and I have to say, if your machine and monitor are both able to utilize this, it's worth it if you still use DVI. Even plugging the cables in is easier, and you're pretty much guaranteed it's in right, as tight as it will get, and no messing with any little plastic bolts. Also, if definition is a big deal for you, this is likely better anyway. Got mine Open-Box, a few bucks less isn't a lot, but it's something. And unlike other items, it's pretty hard to have a cable be damaged or non functional without it being visibly obvious.

When I built my new pc I bought a monitor that was “g-sync compatible” at 144hz. This refresh rate was unobtainable using an hdmi cable due to the monitor’s specs. I initially bought a cheaper DisplayPort cable from another vendor that worked, but I later found was not a certified DisplayPort cable. To avoid any potential problems down the light with expensive hardware (GPUs are way too expensive right now for a cheap dp cable to mess it up) I decided to buy this cable in store. This cable IS certified and functions perfectly while giving me peace of mind that it won’t cause my hardware to malfunction.

Straight forward. The cable does what it is supposed to do. I have mine plugged into a 1080p monitor that has done 120fps. There has been no issues between getting the display running and running reliably. Truly, a simple DP cable for your basic needs, and some more. I personally recommend this for most basic needs and gaming too. Quality is good and the plug in is solid and not loose.

pros: display port, freesync support, higher refresh rate than older versions of hdmi cons: no locking pins, a bit pricy compared to other cables overall: if you need a cable in a hurry and have a freesync monitor and AMD GPU. I would reccomend this cable as it has lasted me quite a while.

I was looking to expand my set-up to a dual-monitor display and had assumed that my PC would have a second HDMI port. Unfortunately it did not so I had to acquire a DisplayPort Cable to be able to hook-up my second monitor. What's amazing is that the whole process is simple; plug cable into monitor, plug other end into PC, success. For someone who is not the most technologically gifted this was easy, effective, and for the price you simply cannot go wrong. Great cable, great quality, and a great overall experience. 5 Ported Stars out of 5!

A solid, cheap display port. Does what it needs to do and easily supports my 4K 144Hz gaming. Insignia is a brand I stand behind full heartedly.

So there I was,, needing a cable and none to be found. Went to the store on a cooler spring day and found this cable that I needed.. Worked well, no issues. Glad there is a 50 character requirement to leave a comment, otherwise you may not know that the cable worked well. Enjoy your day! ...and maybe your cable... if you take this review to heart and learned that the cable works.

I bought this cable for my new DELL S2719DGF Monitor as my GPU (R9 380) doesn't support HDMI 2.0. Works perfectly - 1440p at 144Hz.

The cable does it’s job and does it well. The quality of it feels good, not cheap. It secures as a display port cable and also supports refresh rates over 60hz. Awesome stuff.

Bought this for a new monitor I bought that only came with a hdmi cord and this display port works flawlessly. Gives me access to the full 165 hz refresh rate that my specific monitor can hit but I know itll work for higher and or lower refresh rate monitors. All in all 10 out of 10 would buy again!

Cable does what it should. It allows me to get a higher refresh rate (up to 144 hz) on my monitor which HDMI wouldn't do (at least at the time my monitor was released which was some years ago; don't know about now). I haven't had any issues with the cable and am satisfied with it.
