I’ve had this flashlight for a month already and love it, it’s bright and battery lasts long ! The only problem I have with it is the on/off button next to the intensity/flash button I can’t get used to it since I was used to it been on the back not on the side! I just used it today like for an hour and a half full power and yesterday like for an hour full power plus a few minutes this morning all in one charge and if you look at the pictures the light is still strong,Overall a good purchase

Great flashlight. The 800 lumens is nice and bright. Easily fits in pocket. Have bought 2 these. One for work and one for home

This little flashlight has been great. Not only is it sturdy and well made it has different light intensity modes and it is rechargeable which is very handy. When on sale on deal of the day this trully is a steal.

Great light works well, only drawback is usb cord is super short for charging. We use it in the trailer.

Works great and has different light intensities with a flip of a button! Only problem i have is the holster bottom isn't a cup but a web and the light can fall through if you're not paying attention and a velcro tab that might come loose as well.

I purchased the "Insignia™ - 800 Lumen Rechargeable LED Flashlight - Black" because I needed a flashlight to see distance when I walk the dog in the dark. My other flashlights were only bright enough to see about 5 ft in front of me. This new light is very bright on the highest setting and I can see a distance of about a city block in front of me. It also has 3 other dimmer settings plus a strobe. It is small enough to fit easily in my hand and is not bulky or heavy. It is also rechargeable so I just plug it in to the wall outlet about once every 7-10 days. No more battery expense! I love this flashlight!

I've been using this light as my EDC light for a few months now. Originally, I carried it in my pocket with my keys, a multitool, a folding knife and a small pocket trauma kit. There were a few things I discovered about it quite quickly that I both did and didn't like. The good: -Battery life at lower settings is pretty awesome. The light stays cold to the touch in lower power modes, and runs just endlessly. The lithium battery being USB rechargable is a good touch, as I hate carrying spares and almost always have access to a USB power supply. -At brighter settings, the light is absurdly bright for its size and electrical power. -The aluminum housing is actually fairly rugged, mine has been dropped several times on concrete and asphalt and shows minimal wear other than the micron-thin coating coming right off and making it look like something out of a Mad Max film. The bad: -Pocket clip is useless. If you're not sitting at a desk with the thing in a shirt pocket all day, expect for it to be lost inside of a month, as it barely retains the light at all. -Belt pouch is useless. Mid-strap doesn't come up high enough to keep the light from wandering from side to side and falling out. Don't rely on it for day-to-day usage, let alone anything high impact. -Positioning of the buttons on the head of the lamp instead of the tail was a terrible design choice. After I lost the belt clip, there was no good way to keep it from turning on in my pocket. The good news is that it just needs to be recharged at that point. The bad news is that it just needs to be recharged at that point. Trying to use the belt pouch to prevent this, resulted in it repeatedly falling out. -I'm not a fan of the delayed response pressure switch. It makes it slow to switch on and does very little to prevent the light from being activated in my pocket. So far the thing still works as originally sold, other than all the accessories being ready for the garbage bin right away. I'm not disappointed enough with it to replace it, because it was very cheap and has so far held up quite well. If you could afford better, you should buy better though.

This flashlight is surprisingly, blindingly bright! The four switchable levels of light intensity plus the strobe mode (defaults to the brightest level) add to the flexibility of using the flashlight and conserving battery when desired/appropriate. Having a rechargeable Li-ion battery (USB charge) and outstanding lumens level in a small, light package is excellent. When it is on sale as a Deal of the Day or other sale price, it really becomes a very good value as well, comparing it to the typical $100+ price for comparable flashlights. The shortcoming is not having an interchangeable battery, resulting in the flashlight requiring the several hour charge cycle when it runs out of battery power. The 1.5 second delay for the On/Off switch function has not been problematic in my use of the light, nor has the position of the single On/Off switch on the barrel of the light, near the head (rather than having a second switch on the tail-cap). It is too soon to comment on long-term durability; fingers crossed.

Overall it’s bright as heck, durable, rechargeable, light weight, and a decent price. Not bad for every day use, the only things I am not a fan of is: 1. It takes 1.5 seconds to turn on. So I wouldn’t use this flashlight in a tactical sense. 2. No tailcap momentary switch? That’s pretty much a standardized thing now. Why not include it. 3. Not waterproofed at all so be careful.

This is a very good flashlight for for the price. It's small, durable, and keeps a charge for a long time. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that, at least for me, the light can be activated in some instances when pressed against my belt. Not a major issues but more of an annoyance.

Super bright; useful on neighborhood walks because of its small size and pocketability. The fact that it's rechargeable is SO nice--I was spending a fortune on AAA batteries, Admittedly, a little on the pricey side, so when it came up as a DoD for $28, I pounced. Only regret that I didn't buy two, because its rechargeability easily pays for itself. ALSO, the instructions claim that the buttons will glow red while charging and turn green when charged. I'm finding that NOT to be the case for mine. Seems as though if it's plugged in, it's glowing red. I just assume that after charging all night that it's charged... WHICH, BTW, and as others have noted, gives this flashlight a LONG charge. Seems like weeks go by before it needs recharging, using 3-5 times a week for an hour at a time.

Absolutely excellent flashlight. I like a flashlight that really illuminates. I have other 800 lumen lights, but am constantly putting in new batteries to insure the light stays bright. With this rechargeable 800 lumen light, I always have a bright light and at no additional cost. It is small and lightweight and the best small flashlight I have found. We go out in our RV and walking at night this really gives us the light we need and it recharges quickly and is ready again for maximum use. Highly recommend. I purchased it on deal of the day which made the price very acceptable. So for me the value was great.

I really love this flashlight... you can't believe how bright this thing is! Very slender and and easy to carry with the pocket clip, now I don't really know how long the charge lasts but being rechargeable makes this flashlight really outstanding because if I leave it on the table for a couple of weeks and need to go somewhere I might need to use it I just plug it in and in a few minutes it tops off the charge and I'm ready to go. I use it at work and it is so bright and small it replaces my old 3 D cell battery flashlight and it's the best flashlight I own right now! BUY ON, YOU'LL LOVE IT.

This flashlight as powerful…It is built solidly. It has four different light levels. It also has strobe. And the charge last forever. Well worth the money. Especially when it’s on sale…

This flashlight is great! I have used it over a dozen times and still haven’t recharged it (after initial charge). It’s bright, light weight and durable. Would definitely buy again

I purchased the 800 Lumen flashlight primarily because the rechargeable capability, but was particularly impressed with the difference in brightness between this flashlight and an older flashlight I owned. Further research showed my original unit was only 300 Lumens. Because several of my family members take nightly walks in our neighborhood, I purchased two more of this product within the last two weeks! The flexibility of the micro USB is also a big plus. We are all very pleased with the quality of the product!

This is without a doubt, the best flashlight i have ever owned. I am a flashlight junkie. I live out in the country where it is very dark at night. Whether i am carrying a large purse, or a small crossbody bag, i never leave without it. The USB charger is fantastic. There are four levels of light, plus a strobe, that is so bright, it will def disable an attacker, if necessary.
