Customers highly value the DS Power Pack for its convenience, especially the car charger and portability. It is seen as a great replacement for the original charger and is compatible with various Nintendo devices. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the shortness of the cord.
I bought this charger for my Nintendo 3DS on clearance. When I got the package in the mail, I was shocked in the conditions that it arrived in. I bought this item new and it arrived with a torn up box and random tape all over it. This honestly looked like a used item, which had I known, would not have ordered. $17.00 for this used item which could stop working at any moment is not fair and not worth the money. If you compare my picture with the Best Buy pictures you can see for yourself. First time I've been disappointed at Best Buy.

One of the pins on the side got broken at first use, I have never seen such a poor quality item on similar products

I lost the charging cable for my Nintendo DS Lite. I tried to buy a replacement on ebay buy ended up returning it because the connector was slightly larger and did not fit my Nintendo. The Insignia charging pack was cheaper, delivered faster and also functional. Plus, it came with both wall outlet and car power adapter. Great product, I highly recommend it.
