Purchased kit to replace memory for one of my laptops. Good assortment of tools, including grounding wrist strap. Needs more small Phillips head screw driver attachments. Included ones too big for my laptop memory access door. Pretty good overall.

I purchased this product to replace a cracked LCD laptop screen. I would give the product 5 stars, however, I do not believe it includes a tool slim enough to pry apart the screen cover from the screen's boarder. Besides that issue, everything else was great. Tools are easy to use, actually used the kit to perform other repairs. Would definitely recommend this product.

It has all the tools I need for the computer hardware work that I do at home. The pen screwdriver is a bit complex, but very useful. The only complaint I have is that the light in the end seems to need a change of batteries, but I have no idea how to change them. Thankfully I don't need it at all.
