Works great! Easy to set up ! Does the same as the original

This remote was everything that I hoped it would be. My dog destroyed my other remote that came with my Samsung tv so I needed a replacement. This remote is a little larger but works great and does what I need it for and then some.

The Remote was easy set up. I bought it because my Samsung remote does not allow me to change channels numerically but this one does. However, there is something frozen and currently not performing as it should.

This Insignia remote replaced my original remote after it was stepped on. Luckily I did not need my original remote to set the replacement up. It was a very easy setup and was up and running within minutes. Highly recommended.

This TV control works Wonderfully with my new TV. I had misplaced my other control and so grateful that I could obtain one so easily. The employees from ordering to pick up were helpful and friendly. As you can see it was not only important for me to have a working remote control but also important to my cat Bella.

For technology challenged person, this remote allowed me to set it up on the most simplistic level of connecting. I suspect that 75% of offered functions will never be discovered, but i watch my tv with sufficient efficiency. Good enough is fantastic.

This Insignia remote is designed specifically for a Samsung smart TV so it has all the right controls for it. I like that it is larger, with larger buttons, than the Samsung remotes.

Great replacement remote for my Samsung 65 inch TV. Set up was a breeze and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this for all televisions that need a replacement remote. The instructions have every television brand you can think of.

I purchased this Insignia™ Replacement Remote for my Samsung TV from the Spokane North WA store on Christmas Eve, arriving just as they were closing. While there was an initial issue with being accidentally charged twice for the remote, I want to commend the employee who assisted me. Not only did he stay nearly 20 minutes past closing to fulfill my purchase, but he also suggested a Best Buy credit card that has since been extremely beneficial to me in several ways, including raising my credit score! The credit card signup process was also remarkably quick and easy, which I truly appreciated. The duplicate charge was promptly corrected by Citi the actual bank for the Best Buy credit card. However, my disappointment lies with the remote itself. Despite my request for a voice-enabled option (they only had 2 universal remotes in store compatible with my specific tv) I received this very basic model (honest mistake, as he was already going above and beyond to satisfy a customer, doing last-minute, late-night shopping). Anyway, The layout feels outdated and makes navigation somewat difficult, and the lack of voice control is a significant drawback for me! If you're looking for a remote with modern features like voice control and a more user-friendly design, I would recommend exploring other options. While the employee provided exceptional service and valuable advice regarding the credit card, this particular remote did not meet my functional needs.

Puppy chewed up the original remote to the Samsung 72 inch crystal clear so I need another remote so this universe remote is working excellent. The Best Buy team down South Philly in Philadelphia goes over and beyond to meet their customer needs,

Works decent. The arrow buttons are too close to ither buttons but not as bad as the original remote so okay i guess. Why don't they backlight remotes anymore?!

This remote is totally awesome. Got it home took it out the box and placed the batteries into it and it worked immediately. With this replacement remote to my Samsung remote I can't tell a difference in it. This remote controls all features of my tv and my installed apps. I'm very happy I read the reviews first and decided to purchase it. Thank you best buy and thank you Insignia.

Recently my original Samsun remote stopped working so I purchased an Insignia Remote for Samsun TVs. Since I am older, I often struggle with trying to set up new tech gadgets and have to call in my adult kids. This was the easiest setup ever. I just took it out of the box, popped in batteries and It worked perfectly. Thanks for a great product!

It worked with just putting in batteries no need to read instructions figure out what model tv you own to put in a code for remote to work . Thats exactly what i was looking for at a reasonable price.

We were very happy to be able to find this Remote, it was out of stock but came ups the next day and with no set up needed it worked right out of the box. Thank you for your friendly help and service.
