Q: Do you have an installation video that applies to this screen protector? I am a first-time user and would like to see the technique. Can I use a credit card to remove any bubbles? The product does not come with a squeegee, as do some other brands.

A: These are GLASS, not plastic covers. There is a template included in the package, to PERFECTLY align the cover. Snap the template over the face of your phone, peel off about half of the backing and start at top or bottom. Then just continue to peel off the rest of the backing as you press the protector into place. When done, remove the plastic template and save it for the next time (there are 2 screen covers in the package). If you follow the included directions and clean the phone (with the included cleaning wipes) it will be no problem. I too am a first time user of glass screen protectors, hold no advanced academic degrees or computer training and it was easy as that. Good luck, should be totally hassle free.

Q: Does this protector cover all the screen of the new SE or does it leave gaps like the protectors for 6,6s,7,8?

Q: I have an iPhone SE, 2020 model. I ordered a screen protector but it ended up being 4.7 inch which is too small for this phone. Does anyone know of a larger screen protector that would fit this phone? Thank you

A: I bought the same one for my girlfriend and it was a tad small. I would recommend having Bestbuy put it on for you as they said they usually go thru a few to get it on right.

Q: Hello. Does the Proposition 65 Warning on the box refer to the Screen Protector itself, or only to the Alignment Tool used for the install please? If this could be answered directly by an Insignia, that would be great. Thanks!

A: The Screen Protector complies with CP65. The Alignment Tool has CP warning.

Q: can it be removed safely when needed

A: Yes - easily removed. I cracked one with an impact to my phone - saved my screen! Removal is easily by catching a edge and applying slight amount of upward pressure. The alignment tool works well. Directions for application are good. The two pack did came in handy! Only complaint is that the touch screen slightly reduces touch sensitive then the higher cost screen protectors.

A: It should work. I have a similar spigen case, and the screen protector has plenty of room to fit.

Q: Is there only one screen or is this a package of more than one?

A: There were 2 screen protectors enclosed and it was good because I did screw it up on my first attempt because I didn’t work hard enough or maybe long enough to get all the bubbles out. The second time it went perfectly and I couldn’t be happier!

Q: Will Best Buy install this for me?

A: They did! I think there might be a fee, but if you're extra nice to the sales person, they "might" do it for you at no cost. I've installed my own before, it's not that hard. It does require some precision.
