It feels cheap and flimsy but it gets the job done. Off camera flash with TTL. The price is good. I use it with brackets to move the flash to the side of the camera.

I bought this device because the price was right at BB. It works well with my SpeedLite 430 flash. The cord is short and stiff so it limits how far from the camera you can place the flash. This is why I gave it only 4 stars. I still recommend it, with this caveat.

This unit is a little bulkier than some, and the material may suggest that it's flimsy, but in actuality, it works quite well. For the price, it's an excellent buy. The unit offers hot shoe throughput, allowing for more options.

Works great for off flash but pretty near by flash photography, the cord isn't very long, but I think as I stretch it out and use it it will really get a lot bigger, just like a phone charger!

Awesome TTL sync cord for Canon, works as intended. Better than other cords because the hot-shoe mount that goes on your camera has another hot-shoe mount on top, so you can add another device. I tried it using the sync cord for a speedlight mounted on a flash bracket, and then added a wireless trigger on top. I was able to use 2 additional speedlights on wireless transmitters.

The Insignia TTL Synch cord for Canon is a worthwhile purchase, my only regret is not having bought it before. At a camera store, I had paid $45 for an aftermarket remote cable that turned out to be too rigid and too short for comfortable use with my Canon 6D + 430EXii strobe for macro & bounce flash. The Insignia is more than twice the length, much more flexible while costing about half the price of some aftermarket cords and only about 25% the cost off a Canon cord.

This product works well for off camera flash with no expectation of traveling more than a foot or so from the camera. However, if you are attempting to use this product to provide distance I would not recommend it. Using this product close to the camera for various positions around the camera itself is what this product is best for to allow for better light control near the camera.

I was looking for a way to move my Canon flash off of my Canon EOS 60D. This fit the bill. It connects securely to both the camera and flash, and provides a lot more flexibility on flash location. The flash end is set up for a screw mount base, and required a cardboard shim to be secure in a friction fit cold shoe (something I figured out after my flash hit me on the head the third time).

It does what it’s supposed to do. I do wish the cable was longer, or a way to the make the cord longer. The cable will stretch to 8ft, but it has so much tension at that point, it’s not useful. If your flash end was mounted to your tripod, at 4 the tripod would be tipping over.

Worked with my Canon cameras and flashes, including, a couple of Sunpack flashes. Pretty well made. Can mount to a tripod as well as piggyback for using 2 flashes. Coiled Cord has a bit of pull to it so be aware that it could pull over a light tripod or light stand.

I am using this sync cord for Live-View Remote Shooting from Canon Software. I have tried many Wireless Off-Camera Flash Trigger, but none of them work while I am in Live View Mode Remote Shooting Software. This is the only cord works with Live-View Remote Shooting Software.

I returned this item because the cord wasn't long enough. However, this worked like a champ at a much better price point than canon OEM.

It's a good product. Because of a second hot shoe, I am able to connect a remote control for another flash. Not to mention that the price is way much cheaper than from Amazon.

Since my triggers were not working I bought this to use instead while looking for another trigger I liked and it is okay for a cord.

I bought this to use my flash off my camera. The coiled cord is a little tight right now but I assume it will loosen up the more I use it.

This is just what I wanted. It allows me to use my flash in various configurations and to experiment with the flash. It is great and works all the time

I use this with my t6i and a cheap flash and it works just fine. The cable is not super long but I didn't need/expect it to be.

Works perfect for my Canon 70D...only complaint...i wish it was longer

Much more limited than the much more expensive proprietary Canon cable. It dies allow TTLshoting but no manual control. Or the other way around. I forget which. I need both and it didn't offer that. But it does get the flash away from the lens which is a good thing.

Just needed a way to use my flash off camera without buying a new flash. Very happy with the ease of use.
