Insignia™ - USB-C to 3.5 mm Audio Adapter with Charging - White

I bought this after using Belkin for years and having recently purchased an off brand accidentally that lasted less than six months. Sadly this insignia lasted less than two months and was acting up about a month in. On the plus side Best Buy replaced it for me but I haven’t had the second one long enough to have an opinion on it. I’m hope it lasts much longer than the first one did.

I recently purchased this adapter, and I'm quite pleased with its performance. It's a very convenient solution for anyone needing to charge multiple devices simultaneously. The build quality feels solid, and it doesn't seem to overheat, which is always a good sign. I appreciate that it includes charging capabilities, making it more than just a simple adapter. It has proven to be quite reliable so far. This has definitely simplified my charging setup. I would recommend this product to others looking for a functional and dependable adapter. It's a worthwhile addition to any tech collection.

Bought to "convert/adapt" the 3.5 mm plug coming from portable mini-speakers and into my laptop setup. It works fine. However, the Hitachi speakers were bought (& used during my Int'l MBA studies) in Japan for my "Disc-Man" in 1982. They were way ahead of their time (as was all Japanese tech in those days), and have extremely heavy magnets for mini (5"x3"x3") speakers. Only drawback is the speaker can take input up to 60W for full performance and the sound output of my laptop can't do that. So, on full volume, the sound is acceptable more as background music while sitting at my desk. That's OK, but I'm going to try the setup w/ my old (mid-1970's) 60W Pioneer receiver to see how the converter does pushing the full 60W. We'll see. I can say I'm happy so far w/ the price/quick delivery/ and quality of the Best Buy Insignia brand Audio Adapter. I haven't tested the charging capabilities of the item yet, but intend to.

I used this with an iPad Air M1 to connect to a sound system to play music for a wedding. Worked as expected. Was able to charge iPad while using. Only wish that it came in black.

This adapter works great! It makes it easy to connect my wired headphones or other 3.5mm audio devices while still allowing me to charge my device at the same time. The audio quality is clear, the connection is reliable, and it’s really convenient to have both functions in one small adapter. It’s simple, compact, and works exactly as I needed. Definitely recommend it!
