I was totally surprised at the sound quality of these little speakers. Great mid-range and highs. You really couldn't expect a lot of bass from speakers this small and light.. Perfect for connecting to a laptop when traveling. The bases of the speakers are actually part of the wire plug connector, and can be easily removed so the speakers can be laid flat together and slipped into their included carrying bag to transport. Easily hooked to my laptop's earphone jack, and powered by my laptop's usb port. Did I mention they sounded great?

I was looking for a pair of inexpensive speakers to use with my laptop. These caught my attention because they do not require a wall adapter for power. Instead, you plug them into any USB port to provide power. This is a huge advantage compared to other powered speakers! Once installed, I found that they provide good sound and come with small built-in stands, making them easy to place almost anywhere. They can also be snapped together, via magnets, in case you want to travel with them, but I don't use them that way. Overall, I am very pleased with these speakers.

These are good speakers for a notebook or laptop. The sound is pretty good for small speakers. I love that they are magnetized to stick together and everything fits nicely in a pouch. Light weight and easy to take along with my notebook computer. Being that they are USB powered and don't need a power outlet makes them perfect take along anywhere.

I needed a portable set of speakers for a quick presentation, these fit the bill. They sound is good, the price is right, and they come with a little carry bag when not in use. The sound will not blow you away, but if you just need a little extra, these will work for you.

I purchased these speakers for my wife to use on her desktop computer, just needing something cheap to get by. They offer good sound quality, and the clamshell magnets would be a nice feature if you needed portability. They are not really designed for a desktop computer though. It requires a USB plug-in for power, which is not a problem, but the cord is very short for that, and just barely reaches my wifes computer by her feet under the desk. Every time the computer budges she needs to re-arrange her speakers. I would only recommend these for someone using them for a laptop computer.

I bought this for $10 and can't complain. Don't have unusual expectation and there won't be anything to complain about. It supplements my laptop's sound system. I didn't have any complaints until I took it out of the closure where my laptop is stationed. I took it to my open living room and it did not sound that loud. But then I remembered the price and I was satisfied. Very important point is the sound doesn't crack at high volumes. Additionally, the set up is very simple with no physical buttons to manage sound. Two small magnets on the front of each speaker helps them keep together if you are planning to travel with them. There is also a small bag provided for that purpose.

I really like these speakers, they sound fairly good and take up very little space on my desk. I had a little trouble with the higher tones but recently changed computers and the problem went away. Very portable for those who travel.

Compact system fits neatly in may standard laptop bag. Great for the college student who likes to watch streaming videos to relax. Decent sound, excellent value!

Need a pair of small speakers for my new PC that didnt come with any. These are small but sound good, take up no space on my desk. Also, since they are USB powered dont have to worry about another plug.

These look and sound really good. I got these for my home computer. They were easy to install, just plugged them in, and the price was great. My only issue is the cords to the speakers are too short (with my computer on the floor) so that I have both of them on the right side of my monitor. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to balance the sound.

This sounds isn't anything powerful on here but if your watching something on Netflix or something that isn't loud them these are nice to have to boost it. It's easier than hooking up a whole speaker set which is what I was doing before. The sound is clear and you adjust it from your computer sound. I find the magnets to hold the two speakers together aren't too strong so sometimes they become separated but otherwise great little speaker set!

These speakers sound good enough to play music through. The setup was easy and they are thin so they take up little space. The only downside is no volume control directly on the speakers, you need to use the volume controller in windows.

Sound is excellent, with no feedback when used with microphone. Compact and travels easy. Appears to be durable although I wouldn't drop it.

Great sound lightweight and easy to install great buy

My granddaughter (12) asked for speakers for her tablet. She wanted something small to take to friend's houses so they could listen to music. They are perfect for that and fit in the nice included carry pouch. She tried them out and loved the quality of the music from them and the cool appearance!. Very reasonably priced as well and I was so happy to find speakers that fit her wishes! Thank you Best Buy!

I had tried several other brands of speakers for my computer and none of them were very good. They all made a loud noise in the background from interference or something. These have a good quality sound and were very easy to install.

You get what you pay for in most instances, but these are pretty decent for the price. Not super loud but get the job done. Excellent portability. Should have came with a small wall plug though.

This sound is really good. I bought these for the work to use at the computer training station instead of headphones and they are great. The sound is clear and decent. It comes with a storage case and stands for the speakers and the usb cable. Simple and easy to use.
