Purchased QB for my small business. Easy too install, but that's the only easy part about it. Very few instructions on how to do certain functions. Help was nearly worthless. I found much better help and instructions for use by Googling my problem or question. For someone who has used QB before, it would probably be fine, but not for newbys. They need to build in a tutorial for this program. Once I get it figured out I think it will be a great program for my business. Let's just hope I don't go bankrupt before I figure it out!

Overall a good product. Not many changes from the 2014 version of Quickbooks for MAC. However, it did crash a few times when I went to open it up for initial use. Tech support from Quickbooks couldn't figure it out. I have had the same thing happen on older versions of Quickbooks for MAC. It is the only software package that I use on MAC that ever crashes. MAC OS is very stable. I am not sure why Quickbooks for MAC crashes every once in a while.

I'd not used any kind of bookkeeping program before, so all this was new to me. Since I have a MacBook Pro I got the version for Mac's, and found that it works fine. Without someone to show me, between some online tutorials and a couple of helpful books from the library, I was able to get QB set up and running. At first it seemed rather difficult, but regular use builds confidence, and I find the QB does a lot of the work for me. For example, it generates many interesting and helpful reports. The company that supports QB doesn't update the Mac Version as often as the PC version--so if this is something you're doing professionally, you might need to consider that. But for home and personal use, this Mac version is great.

It is too bad that Quickbooks has stopped making Quickbooks Desktop of Mac. This is the last desktop version they will make as they move to an online service only for Mac. The online service has a fraction of the features that this desktop version offers. Buy it while you can. Quikbooks is supporting this software with updates until 2019.

This was a switch from a much older version of QuickBooks for Windows. The switch seems complete and while the Mac operations took some time to adjust to, we were up and running with little down/learning curve time.

As good as the older versions. Newer layout. I had to get used to where things were compared to the 2009 version, but once I did that, it is as easy to use. I have used QuickBooks for 20+ years and always found it to be the best.

Purchased new version to update Quickbooks for Mac. So easy to install and great team support by phone. I was dreading the install and transfer and it was done and operational in 20 minutes.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Prefer the desktop version especially if your payroll is processed by an outside vendor OR if you are very knowledgeable with tax requirements for W-2 employees.

WHEN I UPDATED MY MAC TO SIERRA MY OLD QBOOKS DIDN'T WORK, BEST BUY HAD BEST PRICE & BOUGHT IN STORE & UPGRADED MY DATA. NEW PROGRAM IS AS EXPECTED

Took me a bit to get going, multiple online video tutorials. But a week later, I'm loving it and it is definitely keeping me organized for my small wedding videography business.

A lot to take in - but most everyone can step through it. Once you master it then it does all the work.

Easy to install,set up and operate on my new iMAC computer. It is fairly intuitive and has lots of support to help one get going quickly.

I've been using QuickBooks for several years now and I think it works great. I have recommended this to my family and friends.

This is almost the same program for the Mac as it is for Windows but had to call QB for help in converting the data. It took the support people almost 30-40 minutes to get it completed and they knew what they were doing. The support at QB is good but this program takes someone with more than average skill to convert. Still getting use to the little differences.
