Purchased CD version with E-file. Easy set up and easy to use. Perfect for individuals seeking to utilize personalized tax deductions. Turbo tax Deluxe can take you thru the many items available for understanding tax deductible items compared to standard tax deduction. Individuals that pay high mortgage interests and high property / school taxes should take advantage of this version of TurboTax Deluxe. It automatically updates tax laws and tax forms needed for filing tax return. Easy to use if you have rental properties or any 1099 type forms. E-file makes it simple and great for secure filing of tax return. I received my return within two weeks of submittal acceptance by the IRS. All done online, no paperwork.

TurboTax offers in my opinion an essay and simple way to file my taxes. If needed, I have the option to upgrade for expert help from a real person (accountant). TurboTax covers my needs. I use the simpler form, and this year I got an excellent promotion when I order the software from Best Buy. Turbo Tax has excellent customer service, and you are sure that you got a precise tax refund with the highest cash return. I feel confident doing my taxes myself with TurboTax. There more expensive options, but Turbo Tax fits my needs.

Great product for doing your year end taxes. It is specially good for retirees that may only have social security income and a pension or two to report. You can choose to help it guide you along the way so you do not forget any categories that may be pertinent to you or you can go directly to each category that you choose if you are more experienced in this area. You can also send your tax form electronically at the end and usually get it back 2 to 3 weeks. I have been using it for about 8 years and never had a single problem with it nor have I ever been audited.

Purchased this a year ago and love it! It makes processing my tax return so much easier. It also keeps track of your history so year after year it's faster to process since it holds history.

TurboTax is a great way to complete your taxes at home. The program offers the question and answer system for those who are less informed about the way taxes are computed. The system leads you through all the parts of the form beginning with the number of filers, all income sources, all credits such as charity giving or sales taxes. When you have completed entering all the info, the system will then guide you to Efile your return for a faster refund. Turbo Tax has many years of experience in tax prep and is easy to use and very accurate

Great software for basic users. The software walks you thru everything you need. From my experience, it works for most tax situations. As my tax situation changed over the years (itemizing at times/standard deductions other times) it worked just fine. Plus you can e-file up to 5 returns with the one license. I don't own a business and can't speak for those type of situations (may do just fine, I just can't confirm from that type of use) but for most basic situations, it works fine.

Have used TurboTax for decades/ It is accurate and easy to use. If you follow the sequence of questions, it is done quickly. Have used it for family that were self-employed with overseas income. The IRS said that we had an error one year. It turned out the IRS was wrong and TurboTax was right.

I have used TurboTax for several years now and find it easy to use and well worth the money. I love that it saves your information and can easily import documents and remind you of past deductions. I recommend this product to everyone I talk to about tax software.

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for years. It is a wonderful product, easy to use, step by step deductions and instructions. I enjoyed being able to transfer data from the previous tax year... it saves time. The accuracy is on point.

WOW! First time using Turbotax in yrs. I usually use the other program, not any more. This Turbotax program was great to use. Easy to use, ask all the right questions for my situation and filing was a breeze.

Nice and simple tax software. I buy this every year and helps guide me through the process. I haven't used this one yet but I have been buying the same turbo tax every year and it has worked flawlessly.

This is a great product with step by step instructions to professionally prepare your taxes without any mistakes and gets you all the deductions you qualify for.

Works pretty well for taxes, I've been using it for years. Pro- I have yet to be audited, so that's good. Cons- It's a slow loading/updating, the font size is small, half the explanations have me just Googling the info due to being lacking, and it always freaks out about HSA stuff.

Turbotax is easy to use and priced right. I have used it for several years and it stores everything from previous years. I would definitely recommend.

Always use TurboTax! Inexpensive and accurate! All the deductions and always current forms etc.

I only use Turbo Tax. The process is easy. All you need to do is answer the questions. I tell my friends how easy the process is. I'm a repeat customer of this product for years. I use to buy this at Walmart until they switched to H+R Block only. Once it's stored on your computer the next year is easy. I never have any problem with my taxes. I file the 1st week available to the IRS and within 2 weeks the money is deposited into my checking account.
