Have used Turbotax for years and it has always served me well. As our tax situation has gotten more complicated we have gone from the basic to the premier to the home and business versions and the transition to each has been smooth and worked well. I have always been able to find answers and get help with issues without outside help. I will continue to use it to do all of my family's returns. Best Buy matched the online price so I bought there as I want to support my local retail stores.

Been using TurboTax now for about 7 years. Never had an issue. Simple to use. Great support if needed. Very thorough tax software...especially good for self-employed.

I have used TurboTax for a number of years and have always found it to be the best way to do my taxes. It is easy and accurate. The program asks you the questions and all you have to do is have your information close at hand and answer the questions. Then once you are done with your federal return, you can start on the state return and that is mostly done based on your federal return information. Couldn't be easier.

I purchased Turbo Tax to estimate my 2016 taxes so that I would know what my 4th quarter estimated tax payment should be for both Federal and State. I am happy that it was easy to input and helped me to determine how year end payments and charitable donations would affect my taxes. I was able to use my Best Buy rewards to purchase it and made it cheaper than if I had bought it at a competitor store.

Been using Turbotax for many years and changing tax scenarios. Find it's guided questions easy to use and helpful with different tax scenarios over the years. Customer service has been hit and miss sometimes but the program couldn't be easier to update and use bringing historic information forward into the current tax year.

I filed my taxes pretty easy. I would recommend researching anything the you do not understand to better file. Software is only good for year you are filing for, and not update-able for the next year(s). So TT2017 is only good for the 2016 filing year.

I have used several tax software products over the years, but keep coming back to Turbo tax. It is easy to use, it works great, and you get all your deductions. It seems to be a little more expensive than the other brands but so much easier to use.
