Will it read a SD card from Deer Cam? I bought 2 card readers and yet have gotten them to work. I have a Samsung J7 android. What do I need to make it work?

The Samsung J-7 has not been tested with this card reader . The J-7 would have to support OTG to work with this device. As the customer stated below you can copy what files are needed to the Micro SD card using this card reader and then place the card in your J-7. Once again thank you for choosing IOGEAR.

Answered by CarlaPC , yes using the USB A . This divece has an USB C too , but the iPad has lighting connector. JCG
